SpringHill Suites by Marriott Gulfport I-10

the location was perfect. the property was amazing. it was in right in the heart of everything. the room was a good size

the pool was overdone on chlorine, in our room someone had colored all over the wall. there were a couple of things that could have been fixed in our room. with children. tub is a must so it was a little challenging with a shower. the back grassy area behind the hotel would be a good spot for a small play area for children

Breakfast was very nice it was just enough to get your day started. Ms. Jacquline at the front desk was awesome, professional and knows her job very well. The elevator even gets a good grade becuase it was on time everytime although one was out of order. Great job to staff and maintaince crew.

One thing that I have to work on adjusting to when booking a hotel room it may say no pets allowed and then you see a dog although it seemed well trained, it bothers me because I pay just as these people for certain things that you want or do not want when booking a hotel room and then I see this. Although its not going to be eliminated due to people needing their service animals which I am fine with that as long as they are not doing this because they don't want to pay a facility to house their dog until they return home.

The breakfast was nice. The staff was amazing. The rooms were well cleaned and the beds were super comfortable. We will be staying again, whenever we are in Gulfport.

No complaints. I wished we would have gotten conjoined rooms, but our rooms were still pretty close near our teenage girls. The front desk attendant did a wonderful job getting us near each other.

These was my second stay at this great hotel. This time was special it was my birthday. I was asked at the front desk when checking in as to the reason for my stay. I explained that it was my birthday weekend. She asked if I drink and I said no and so she offered me some ice cream. On my birthday I came back to my room to find a card on the door. It was a birthday card. It made my day. I feel so special. This was the best experience every. Each member of the staff were so nice to me n my mom. The room was big and clean. The rest of the hotel was just as clean and before I left the staff had put up the holiday decorations. That gave the place a very festive feel.

The only complaint I have is my mom dosent eat pork or beef and they were no meat Options for bfast. I stayed 3 nights n the frist 2 mornings was the same bfast n the last morning was different but still only pork n beef.

Almost everything was great

Breakfast was awful this time, bagel and muffins were cold like they came out of a fridge. Eggs were watery, gravy was clumpy, biscuits were dry and very cold. We stayed almost 2 weeks ago and breakfast was so much better. Just disliked this meal and found out its all microwaved

The breakfast was great for our family! The location was close to the ballpark which made it easy to travel back and forth in between games.

We had to ask for towels even though we put our dirty ones in the hallway as the card instructed us to do.

Clean, well kept, location

Staff need a policy for not allowing guest in common areas to disturb other guest. Children should be supervised and not allowed to run wild.

Staff was very helpful when needed. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

They said they were short staffed and could'nt come into the rooms because of there covid rules. So if we wanted fresh towels we had to put them outside our door or take down to front desk to get new towels. We stayed 4 nights so this was a real hassel, because they didnt have fresh towels available until evening some days. They wouldnt deliver them to the rooms. The evening desk women was very nice and helpful.

What we liked was the cleanliness of the hotel, and the rooms, also it was very nice. Everything with the new not old fashioned very updated. The breakfast was fabulous the staff was great, it's located in the area by a lot of restaurants and fast food grocery store Etc

There was nothing I didn't like.

It was great very clean and provided enough clean and good smelling towels for me and my family. Jasmine was very helpful and friendly her personality make you welcome and want to return. Breakfast was good and the ladies were great
