The water park was amazing!! so kid friendly and fun. Beach is right across the street so you get the best of both worlds. so convenient having the Oasis Grill within a few feet of our room.

Honest opinions: Very hard getting a cart to bring luggage up to the rooms. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Very firm mattresses. No microwave, made it difficult to feed my child. He has a lot of allergies so we are limited on where we can eat. Difficult to contact the front desk when needing something, placed on hold each time 15 mins or longer. The front desk staff was very friendly, they are just super super busy. Although we had these dislikes this won’t stop us from coming back.

Every member of the staff we encountered was beyond exceptional. They were kind, personable, thoughtful. They did things like being us the check early so we could get our kids to bed as soon as we were ready after dinner. They brought us extra towels because there were so many of us. Every time we asked for something, they were so quick to help. The water park at the resort was so great. It had something for everyone. I have a 8 year old, a 4 year old and a 1 year old who all have different expectations for playing in the water. They all had things to do that they loved. Plus, a lazy river is always a winner with everyone.

The only complaints I had were the shower was a little dirty when we got there, but they came and cleaned it right away. I also didn't love that we couldn't bring pool towels back to the rooms. My little ones were cold getting to the room, but next time I'll just bring a couple of our own towels for that. The pool area could also use a little more shade. The tables were the only places with umbrellas, and there weren't very many of them. The Gulf Coast sun is brutal in July!

Breakfast was delicious. Service was a little slow as there was a large crowd but only 2 servers. All of the food was very good, exceeded expectations.

The fridge in the room wasn’t very cold when we arrived and our milk spoiled. It would be nice to have access to a microwave to reheat left over food from the grill. And small picnic area on the grounds with a bbq pit or covered outdoor gathering area away from the pool would be nice as well. The table in our room was very small with only chair so it was hard for us to have breakfast or snacks in the room seated at the table.

I loved our weekend stay. The property is beautiful with all the oak trees. The room was clean as well as the pool/lazy river area. The price was probably the most shocking bc it was priced basically the same as a room at a reg hotel without the amenities that the oasis offered. As for the things I wasn't impressed with was the size of the room and the fact you can't bring drinks and snacks or a bag and towels etc. I came with my spouse and 2 kids. One of which was 1 and it would have definitely been more convenient to be allowed the necessities for him without having to go all the way back to the room for anything or to have to purchased drink and food at the swim up bar.

Breakfast was delicious and accurate as ordered on day one. Day two we did not receive what we ordered at all and didn't even get silverware. It was a huge disappointment.

There was the previous occupants hair and pubic hair all over the bathroom, our bed linens were not clean and the food quality has definitely gone down from last year. Several times during our stay the wifi was down according to the staff so charging the room wasn't possible. Waited 45 minutes at the swim bar just to order drinks and another 30 to receive due to system being down and only one bartender working.

The Oasis Resort is very beautiful! Plenty of parking, plenty of rooms, very quiet surroundings, super friendly staff, and the water part was so much fun for my kids! The resort is close to the ocean, a number of shopping places, and many restaurants. The lady at the front desk was my absolute favorite person! She was personable and friendly. She helped with food recommendations and fun things for us to do around Gulfport.

There was no air in the rooms. It did come with a small table fan, which helped a little. But the last morning we were there, the humidity was so high outside that inside our room was very uncomfortable. I can't imagine going there in the middle of the summer heat without working ac. I also didn't like that the was no breakfast included with the hotel. You could buy breakfast, or other meals, at the grill but it was very expensive.

Big, clean (bordering on sterile) rooms, very high ceilings, comfortable bed, lovely grounds. The buildings are spread out a bit, making for lots of green space. We all loved the little water park, and it’s right across the road from the beach — beautiful sand, mediocre water.

The restaurant situation could be better — the food seems to be an afterthought, so we ate all our meals at nearby restaurants. (we loved Shaggy’s — good view, good food, good value.) The place is almost completely devoid of art, which didn’t bother us, but the property lacks the panache of a more established resort.

I love the location across the street from beach. It was close within miles from Outlets for shopping and casinos are close by. The water park was fantastic. There was something for everyone from children to adults. The swim up bar was there. I didn't use. I saw a restaurant but I didn't use so can't say anything about that. There is on sight parking so that is good. There was lots of chairs and loungers out at pool that was good. They have towels out at waterpark so you don't have to bring any you can't leave out with them. You can walk across the street to beach if need be.

The parking was congested not enough parking for everyone and very spread out. They needed more luggage carts for the amount of people there. I only saw 4 and one was about to fall apart. I never seen any people that really worked there at hotel to ask for things. Our room was very long therefore the tv was far from bed we had to move the furniture around to see the tv. No bathtub in room. At the swim up bar the people behind bar didn't seem to have a system for helping people I stood there for 30 minutes trying to get their attention no one ever helped me.

The water park was amazing. We enjoyed the day in the water and the nights sitting out and the beautiful water fountain display and listening to music. We spent a few nights a the bar which was amazingly quiet and comfortable.

We stayed in the building that had the arcade which meant it was loud most of the time. I wish the walls were sound proof or could keep more noise out. There were many babies on our floor which disrupted our sleep and we were on a birthday getaway from our children.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The room temp was cold enough for us. We kept the air on 61. Most places won’t go below 65 and we like it colder than that! Haha. My 2 year old enjoyed the pool, waterpark, arcade and the water fountain! He was so upset when we had to leave!

Bed comforter was as thin as a hospital blanket so I would bring your own comforter if you like a fluffy comforter. The beds weren’t the best but we managed. Parking close was limited. A smart tv would be nice so kids can watch what they are use too.
