front desk staff member was sitting in car when I arrived around midnight, calling out the window “excuse me ma’am can I help you” multiple times which I ignored to walk into the building since I have never experienced this. then he was upset because I didn’t respond and was cutting me off when I was trying to speak stating that he was being polite. when he asked for my email I spelt it out then when it was printed out it was typed incorrectly. this staff member seemed to think he did not need to listen to customer at any point of time since his methods are accurate and polite. this initial encounter/ impression is why I did not rate the hotel any higher.

I liked the location as it was close to family residences. Breakfast and area were nice. The lobby was very welcoming, bright and fresh and the front desk staff was very friendly.

Beds were not very comfortable, room phone didn't work, water faucet in bathroom sink sprayed water everywhere, room was stuffy and an odor so we had to crank up the air conditioner and lastly, there was a horrible odor in the hallway on our floor. I notified the front desk and she immediately asked maintenance to check it out.

The staff was awesome. I was part of a big group and the staff handle the bookings with ease. Breakfast was exactly what they advertised and more. Some places say breakfast included but have no ot nothing to brag about. This place had a wide variety that satisfied even the picky eaters.

I have no complaints. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone or group. My group was over a hundred people and we all was treated as if we where the only ones in the entire hotel

Breakfast was great. I didn't like how you weren't able to to request for a later check out and it wasn't because of being booked but because they did not offer it to regular customers. The beds were comfortable and rooms got very chilly if that is what you wanted it to.

I did not like that I could not get a later check out. I had a training all day and my father was with my for the trip and he had nothing to do for the entire day so I asked for a later check out but they do not allow later check outs.

The lady at the front desk for check in was very nice. Our room was good and clean. beds were comfy and the air was already on and at 70 which made it great because we didn’t get there until 9:30 on. The breakfast was good. Better than we’ve had at other hotels we’ve stayed at previously. Would stay here again.

One downfall for our stay. My shower curtain was dirty and had the previous person’s dirty rag on top of the shower curtain rod. however this didn’t effect our stay.

Everthing went as planned. The staff was exceptional. Friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. A special shout out to Kashanna and Calandra. They gave us excellent service and superb directions for the area. We were always greeted with smiles and asked if we needed anything. They were helpful with info and extremely friendly as were all the staff we encountered. I failed to get the name of the lady who prepared breakfast. She was helpful and cheerful every day we were there. We will definitely be staying there again when in Jackson, MS.

Staff was very nice and available (Mrs.D was super kind!!). We were greeted very kindly, and there was even cucumber infused water in the lobby while we waited to check in. Very refreshing! In the morning the continental breakfast that was served had all the food we could wish for.

We had a room overlooking a major street (highway), and the windows of the room were quite old (thin glass)…so there was a bit of noise from the cars/traffic. Not the best if you’re a light sleeper.

Front desk worker hospitality, cleanliness, perfect location,and we was very comfortable and relaxed.Once again the location was great cause it's like five minutes away from my job.Which made it very convenient may have to book another night cause they still haven't fixed my lights.

That they don't take cash had to leave out and add money to my card and my child was disappointed cause she couldn't connect to wifi from the 5th floor.

This is a very nice hotel! The front desk was very friendly and the rooms were clean and very comfortable ! They leave plenty of towels in the bathroom and the full breakfast had a lot to choose from. The common are was very clean and well kept!

Our room was right next to the elevator shaft and could hear it go up and down all night. It took longer than 5-7 days to get back my deposit. I had to call and ask about the oversight and it was taken care of.

From arrival to leaving it was all very good indeed and better than expected. In fact, of the 11 hotels on this trip we have stayed in, this was the most comfortable. Especially good to see the young lad making sure the breakfast trash bag was replaced before being too full as we have experienced in other hotels. Cleaning staff were very attentive and friendly - always a nice plus point when one is travelling far. Well done everyone.
