This was a great place to stay. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean, Comfortaable beds. Great breakfast. We had a small trailer. Part of their parking area is within locked gates that you open with your room Key. We parked in there, and it was so good to know it was a safe place to park the trailer, we took a day trip the next day, and they allowed us to leave the trailer within the locked area. We liked this motel so well, we stayed an extra night.

The furnishings were a bit worn, if that bothers you.....(it does not bother us.) There was one maintenance issue in our room, but it actually didn't affect our stay at all.

Amenities were terrific, staff was helpful, kind, and cordial from check-in, check-out, and during the stay! I loved the shower dispenser. Loved that the hot tub was cleaned twice during our stay but not during open pool time hours.

Our room 321 had a big black stain that resembled the look of tar right in the middle of the desk at the foot of the bed on the floor! Attention could be given behind the room door and under the heat and air unit to remove the dust. Thumbs down to the attention that is given to the indoor pool area. Close to the end of the day children have taken every towel out of the cabinet and thrown them onto the wet floor. When they left not one towel was picked up and placed in the dirty towel bin. I fault the adults for not teaching their children the consideration of others and the manager for not assigning a member of the staff to oversee the pool area periodically. During our stay, the manager could be seen throughout the hotel speaking with the staff and guests.

Breakfast was amazing….so many choices, food was hot, and lady running the breakfast area made sure everyone was taken care of. The complimentary Coffee was great. Staff was kind to our dog.

More equipment for resistance training in the fitness room.

The room was small but felt clean besides the stained carpet. The bathroom was one of the cleanest I've seen in a while. The caulk around the tub was in good condition and the tub, sink, and toilet felt seemed very clean. The beds were very comfy and we got a good nights sleep. The general manager the next morning was greeting guests that came down the elevator and was especially cheerful and friendly.

We were at first given a room that had a do not disturb card hanging from the door so I had to go back down and ask for a different room. We were quickly given another room and everything was fine afterward. Just a pain when it's a late night check in (around 12.30 am)and could have been a really bad situation if we opened the door on someone that was sleeping.

Price. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Happy hour meals, drinks, & service. Breakfast the same. Excellent general manager. Friendly & professionally dressed.

Stayed 2 nights. The first night I paid more than the second night because I called the hotel directly which cost more. The second night I booked online which was less but in talking with the GM he was able to match it. Saved about 20. People should be able to get the lowest rate by calling the hotel direct. They don't.

The food was good and plentiful.

The young lady was not as friendly as others have been in past stays. The lady in the morning was very nice and friendly and the lady we usually see when we check in. She is always very fr friendly and helpful and makes us feel so welcome (Anita) I think his her name.

The staff was amazing! Upon arriving I was greeted at the front desk by Aniya. She was friendly and even took a moment to hear about the reason for my visit. Sometimes it is good to have a genuine listening ear. She showed GREAT customer service my 4 days there! BK also worked at the front desk and was also kind! Mary was one of the housekeepers/ ground keeper. She saw me sitting out on a bench out back having coffee. She stop to speak and chat for a moment. She had a great spirit. The entire team was great.

My only issues was the bushes hiding the view coming out the parking lot. Just seem a bit dangerous.

Hair was in the restroom

The breakfast was extremely good. Also the evening snacks / meal was quite unexpected and wonderful. The staff was very friendly and the location was great.

The only negative that I can find is that the room was in need of a makeover. The carpet was quite old, and the chair in the room had lots of stains, so I didn't want to sit in it.. But even though things were old, the bedding and sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, and those are the most important things.

Doing my stay at Drury inn.the staff was excellent the food was good the the staff in kitchen was excellent everyone treated us like family what an awesome team the room was amazing everything looked so good and clean.im a professional cleaner.so I saw the cleaners of the facility .😊 I will be back soon to stay until then 👍
