The front desk staff was so polite and friendly. The breakfast was really good and the employee that was maintaining the area was really efficient and polite. She even allowed someone to come in and still gather food after the closing time. I appreciate that she didn't start closing down hot food until the end time. So many hotels start closing early and stop replenishing food way before time. They had a little area for ice tea or lemonade with freeze-dried add ons, which was delightful and very tasty and was available all day and night. Very clean hotel. We did have an issue with 1 room, but it was rectified immediately, and he was very friendly about it. Very pleasant hotel and really reasonable for the space each room had.

Precious at the front desk was extremely help along with her manager. Every hotel was booked in the surrounding area and i originally booked the hotel online and was told it was over booked when i got there. I put my head down and accepted my fate and began to prepare for 7 hour drive home when Precious literally came running out to get my attention to let me know there actually was ONE room left and they would be delighted to have me to stay for the night in it. Needless to say my wife and I got some mush needed rest before the drive home.

The hotel is nice. I feel comfortable at this hotel when we come to town to visit family. Central location, close to stuff, staff is phenomenal. It smells lovely and clean. Pool was fun for our children.

We did have to ask for a shower curtain and our toilet didn’t flush quite right. They brought a shower curtain after we asked the second time but the toilet was never addressed. Breakfast was nice but could have tasted better/better quality. But honestly, the friendly staff and comforting environment is worth the stay.

I arrived here Christmas day at 11pm tired from a full day of driving. I entered the lobby and was greeted by the nicest young man. He made my check in smooth and wished me a Merry Christmas. I walk into my room and it was amazing and smelled as if it had just been cleaned. I was impressed with how big and spacious it was. The bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled as if they had just been washed. The next morning I had some breakfast at the lobby which starts at 6 before i checked out. I told the gentlemen at the desk to email me my receipt and he said he would. As i load my bags in the car i see/hear the gentleman running towards me and calling me. He tells me i didnt leave and that he printed my receipt. I thank him profusely for bringing me a print out, and he wishes me a safe trip as I leave. I will definitely stay here again the employees here make all the difference. I haven't been treated so warmly by a staff in a very long time. Thank you for making my Christmas!

The breakfast was really good when it lasted.

Breakfast should be proportional to each guest that reside in the hotel. Everything should not be gone or run out before breakfast hours. Breakfast hours should be extended to 0930 or 1000. Please repair and pave the parking lot. There were lady bugs in the room. I’m sure if the housekeeper saw it prior to they would get them out. Housekeeping should inquire if housekeeping is needed if there is no DND sign on the door.

Staff was excellent! I had my service dog with me. They were so friendly and thoughtful! Housekeeping was wonderful also. The bed and linens were clean and very comfortable! Breakfast was good too. I have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel and staff. Thank you!

Having a designated area for dogs was wonderful. If you could fence that area so dogs can be off leash to do their business would be great.

Location was good and the young lady that checked me in was wonderful!! Her attitude was so nice and she even offered cookies…She checked me in with no problem-I can tell she enjoy doing her job and I appreciate her!! Will be back…

The bed was broken at the connection where the headboard and the actual bed meet..The toilet had stains that were visible but had faded…Shower curtain need replace(old/dirty)..

I love the property and it’s location. Every time I’m in the area I don’t think of no one else but them to stay at.

I don’t like how they take the extra $100 off my card for some kind of deposit. I never received my last three payments from that. I don’t want to switch up properties to choose to stay at so I would like to know who I can talk to about that .

The room stayed cool and comfortable when we slept. The room was nice for the amount we paid for. The breakfast was really good and it had a pretty decent selection.

The floors in the room were very dirty, and it felt almost sticky. After about 5 to 10 minutes of walking around, my daughter's socks turned black.

That housekeeping finally honored my request of late checkout without bothering us while still asleep . And that it was a nice room.

Had to be moved cause while I was gone to work, my pregnant wife was in the room and the AC unit was smoking! Very bad safety for my baby and family. And the TV wasn’t connected to internet so we couldn’t watch using our phones or apps as stated. And a dead roach was on the floor by the fridge.
