I really appreciated the friendliness of Jessica, Jill, and Sandra. I usually come to this hotel when I come to take care of my parents and I have only had one bad experience since I have been here. But this time, everything was wonderful. The staff was like family! I appreciate you all!

I can't think of a thing. The coffee was good, the breakfast was good and I have no complaints. However in the past, I tried to hook my computer to the wifi and my whole internet got a virus and shut down. So I don't try to connect anymore.

The breakfast was fine. The attendants were friendly and one even assisted me in making a "special" waffle that was delicious. I was hoping for fresh eggs and possibly gravy but it was the usual fare of muffins, toast, and prefab breakfast sandwiches, cereal, etc. The rooms were clean. The noise level was very quiet. Lots of parking. All in all, it was a great stay for 5 days. Thank you to all the staff.

The Wi-Fi was very spotty and didn't do any good on my android phone.

I loved the room, the breakfast, and the morning staff. They were so friendly and accommodating! I loved the kitchen and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good and they kept the coffee coming!

I tried to hook up to the free hotel wifi, but something made my internet on my computer sign out and I had to spend hours fixing my computer. The night time staff was not very kind or helpful. It made me sad. I was not given help when I needed to extend my stay, but the morning staff helped me and it was no problem.

The location was great! Room was clean. Shower was exceptional. Air worked wonderfully in July! The gentleman at the front desk was kind and helpful. The lady at checkout and breakfast was also helpful and kind.

Breakfast was good, except the juice machine was broken and sprayed water and juice everywhere when you pushed orange juice. I would also rearrange the cups and waffle spray to sit beside the waffle makers inside of the middle.

The bathroom did not have a door, so there was no privacy if u had to use the bathroom The couch bed wasn't comfortable to my son, who really need a comfy relaxing bed. Also the tv channels were not working on the tv, so we had no tv to watch 😥😥😥

The staff was super friendly and polite with positive attitudes as though they actually want to do well at their job. Which is a huge asset in today's workforce society. The place was very clean and well kept throughput.

Breakfast starts a tad bit late (7am) rather than 6 or 630 like most hotels I've stayed at.

The staff was very nice! I have a dog and it was a perfect hotel for her. They put us on the first floor. The room was plenty large enough for my 60 lb dog to play with her toys when we went to dinner. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast was good too

Very enjoyable

I expected to pay a pet fee of $15 or $25 for one night for our small dog that stays with us at all times. The sign at reception reads up to $75 for 1-4 nights and I was still charged $75. Just a bit unreasonable.

breakfast was good, need to add some fruits to menu. Coffee was great!

Around the shower & sink fault was not clean, mold or something all around the base of it. Bath door handle was dirty, I'm happy I brought my own Clorox wipes and sanitizer spray with me. otherwise everything else was great!

I think breakfast couldve been a little better, but was ok. Room was nice & clean. Staff was friendly & helpful.

Had an intermittent beeping noise in room that we never could figure out. Just adapted to it.
