Everything was great! Owner was present, responded when we had questions. Would highly recommend and if we come back to Vicksburg we will definitely stay again!

if there’s anything, the a/c units are new and didn’t cool quite as well as we like. owner was still learning how to use as well.

Elizabeth and her mom were most hospitable. The B&B was a beautifully restored 1910 mansion and the location was central to all areas of Vicksburg. There was plenty of parking, the suite we had was huge, immaculate and inviting. Extremely comfortable bedding and the bathroom was fully stocked with amenities and very plush towels. Breakfast was served in the formal dining room and was delicious. Loved meeting all the guests and finding out about their travels. A very enjoyable stay worth repeating.

Historic architecture

The room was enormous. The bed was comfortable. Elizabeth was a wonderful host and made recommendations for restaurants and sites to see. The location is perfect in an old neighborhood. Oak Hall was built in 1910, and the renovations have it looking like it must have looked then. The stained glass windows are lovely. Breakfast was light, but good. The butler’s pantry has a large refrigerator and is stocked with drinks and snacks. We would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautiful and the owner is such a nice and helpful person! We stayed on the 3rd floor, which is just one room for the whole floor, and it was amazing! the room was so cute and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the claw foot tub was adorable. The house also has a super cute dog. They offer breakfast, which was a little limited, but we appreciated it anyway. Their butler’s pantry is so cute and stocked with beverages and snacks. we enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

The house is beautiful. The rooms are spacious. Nice front porch to sit out and read. The breakfast was more than I expected based on the listing, as it didn't mention a breakfast. The house was a quick drive to downtown. The owner was friendly and gave good food recommendations. The bed was VERY comfortable.

The house has had a lot of renovations, but there are a few areas that still could use some paint. It was a windy night, and the windows rattled. It actually kept me awake for a while.

A beautiful old house in an historical part of town. Our room was well decorated, quiet, and enormous. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They made good recommendations for where to have dinner nearby. Breakfast was included in the cost of the room. Also, it was a just a short drive to the Vicksburg battle sites.

We would have liked to have stayed longer, but unfortunately we were on a tight schedule. We will keep this place in mind for future travel

Everything! This was a last minute overnight trip for our anniversary and we were pleasantly surprised when we found this place to stay since everywhere else was booked and we are so glad we did! Peaceful, beautiful and the innkeeper and owner were both so welcoming! Will definitely stay there again when we come to Vicksburg!

The home is in an older neighborhood and we were not sure about the area but we did not have any problems at all.

Everything!! My sister and I spent two nights in the Fannie king room and we couldn't have been happier with our accomodations. As much as we wanted to get back to our families, we didn't want to leave Oak Hall! I would call the breakfast a Continental Deluxe. There were homemade egg and cheese crustless mini quiche, delicious locally-baked scones and giant muffins, premium yogurt, fresh fruit, and delicious freshly ground coffee. The bed . . . heavenly! The stained glass windows . . . awe-inspiring. Elizabeth and Don, Oak Hall's hosts/caretakers, have poured their hearts and souls into honoring the legacy of Miss Fannie by restoring her magnificent home to its original splendor.
