Rodeway Inn Vicksburg

Staff was very kind and the location was perfect. Just what I needed for a short stay during my long road trip. Bathroom was nice and clean and stocked with all that I needed. The grounds are also lovely and clearly under a period of growth. Loved the gazebo out front!

Sadly, the breakfast was lackluster. They did still offer coffee and some granola bars, but I am guessing it is due to continued caution over COVID plus a smaller number of guests than usual during the time I stayed.

The older lady at the front desk was a hoot! She was so funny and made us feel really welcome. She was also very helpful to fix our room key when it did not work the first time. She reminded me of my own grandmother. Super SPUNKY!

Only one ice machine worked and it just so happened to be the one furthest from my room. There was no breakfast offered like it said on the website. We were looking forward to the free breakfast. Besides that, everything was really good.

Room was clean and had amenities as noted in booking. I was surprised/unhappy, however, that the room did not have a coffee maker. Nor was coffee available at the office. This small addition would make a big difference to frequent travelers like me!

The property is nice and is located in the middle of everything you like to do. it’s only a few minute drive to the national military park and downtown. There is also stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. This is our second time staying here and we will be back again.

The property, staff, and location were all in the excellent category for me. No complaints about that at all.

Unfortunately I was next door to the loudest, most inconsiderate group of people I have ever encountered. The makeup of the group of people in that room changed continuously until almost daylight. They spilled out onto the sidewalk, constantly locking and unlocking the many vehicles they had and partied the entire time as well. As I was by myself, I didn’t want to call the office and complain because I was afraid of reprisals. That said, I will stay there again and will recommend it to others, just not on a holiday weekend.

The facility was clean, the staff was acceptable but not real friendly.

I made the reservation and the staff knew what room I was assigned, and approximately what my arrival time was and didn't turn on the AC in the room.

The room was clean and comfortable and it was nice, for the price. Definitely better than some that I have stayed in in that price range. A/C was cold, shower was hot, bed was comfortable and the TV worked well.

The Wi-Fi was horrible. I'm guessing that the room was too far away, yet I was only about halfway down he complex from the office. Cannot enter lobby, due to Covid, so everything happens at the Night Window. No breakfast available.

Both counter people that I dealt with were extremely nice. The king bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The shower had great water pressure. It was cheaper than the value in my opinion. It's located immediately off of I-20, but still quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

No complaints at all. This place was a pleasure to stay at.

Our expectations were exceeded by far! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and provided all the basic necessities one would need. The room you get for the price you pay is exceptional. We will definitely stay here again if our travels take us back that way!
