Breakfast was austere but many great restaurants within walking distance. Very friendly accommodating staff. Older place but nice clean rooms.

Could upgrade their door locks

The room was very cozy and quite.... Bed and room were comfortable.... Heat worked great.... Stayed warm in the cold weather.... Check in was a breeze as was check out.... Staff was friendly an helpful....

Smoke detector went off when I turned on the heat and scared the life out of me....

Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were clean. Location was perfect for a family. We were able to walk to many major attractions in a few short minutes. I appreciated the continued presence of Security during night hours. Parking areas are well lit at night. Our family felt safe. A/C worked great! Patriotic decorations in rooms were a fun added touch to our vacation. Water pressure in shower was amazing. Breakfast consisted of some fruits, danishes, and small boxed cereals.

First, our original booking was for the Family Suite and a few hours before arrival, our room was given to another guest. The owner of the hotel called me and we were able to get 2 regular rooms that were adjoining. Both our rooms had no Shampoo or soaps, luckily we brought our own. Both rooms had minimal towels and was clothes, so during a 3 night stay our family of 6 needed more than the 4 towels provided. The front desk lady didnt have the ability to provide additional towels without calling owner for approval.

The location of the hotel is close to many attractions, yet just off the strip to be quiet. All staff were friendly and went above expectations to offer assistance. Upon check in the staff was friendly and helpful. After checking in the room our TV was not working properly. We reported it to the front desk and staff was apologetic. Maintenance arrived immediately & got it working. We saw Housekeeping each day we were there. She was friendly & asked if we needed anything. She also took time to just carry a general conversation. Each day while there, we saw Jimmy & he took the time to stop & ask how our stay was and was there anything we needed. He took the time to talk to us and didn't just treat us as"another customer".

Would be nice if they had breakfast.

We've stayed here several times and always have a good experience. The beds are super comfortable, staff is very nice and helpful! Location is in walking distance of several great attractions as well.

The noise of the tourist helicopter rides. It was very loud and sounded like we were in a war zone.

We got in late after a seven hour drive. So we sleep in there was no breakfast left.

I was hopping to see the American flag set up in the rooms but it was a good clean room.

Everything was great it has a big shower and really comfortable beds. I will tell all my family and friends to stay here on their vacation.
