Loved the location it was close to everything but on the back side, so it was kind of out of the hussle and bussle. The rooms were clean, had fridge, microwave, table, long dresser type thing in it. It was a little weird that the sink for the bathroom wasn't in the bathroom it was part of your room bit in all was manageable.The pool was a nice addition to the hotel even though there's a few things that could improve with that. The employees were amazing, helpful, and so nice. They cared about everything we needed that they could, and it was a good stay. Breakfast was good, had biscuits, gravy, sausage egg, bagels, toast, cereals, juices, and coffee. Small little dining area but was so cute.

The pool needed extra cleaning, maybe netting it out more to catch loose hair and stuff and it was cloudy not sure if that's the salt idk but I've been in a saltwater pool that wasn't cloudy so I'm not sure, but all in all it was heated and felt okay just need extra attention is all. The towels were worn down, and holes all in them, they were tearing apart. One was so thin I could see right through it.

Clean rooms! Also, we are used to bringing our own mini fridge with us-- but we were pleasantly surprised that both of our rooms had one! Breakfast was nice, too-- eggs, biscuits, sausage, and gravy, fruit and cereal, toast, bagels, and english muffins, juice, and coffee, etc... The attendant was kind and helpful.

Cloudy pool = Not clean pool. Also, we asked for and expected adjoining rooms but were "bumped" to neighboring rooms, instead. Not a huge problem, but for our larger family, adjoining rooms are a huge plus.

The room was comfortable and the staff was very nice.

The water was turned off however it wasn't something within the motel's control. They offered refunds or moved to another hotel. We didn't want to move so we opted for the refund. For those of us that didn't leave they brought us gallon jugs of water and packages of wetones. Because of the water situation they weren't able to have breakfast but they had cereal bars/fruit and such, The day we did have breakfast it was terrific.

Our room was very clean and the beds and pillows were quite comfortable!! Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good and the lady serving the breakfast made sure everything was kept hot and well stocked! When i called to make reservation, they were able to get my aunt and uncle an adjoining room to us even though they were arriving a day later! The area was very quiet! We played cards in the lobby in the evening and the staff made sure we were comfortable and joked around with us! The water was nice and hot in the sink and shower!

The swimming pool could have been a bit warmer! The water coming out of the jets was very warm, but the overall pool temp was a bit cool. When we came back to room on the second day, my aunt and uncle's card wouldn't work. They had forgot to reset the room even though it was already paid for. The staff took care of it promptly though when brought to their attention!

I have been staying there, yearly for the past 11 years. Had my honeymoon and we always stay there for our anniversary or whenever we are in Branson with family. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Great price, helpful staff and comfortable rooms. Can’t get that anywhere else in Branson.

Wish the pool opened earlier, like 5 am. There were always large groups of people with nearly nothing on swimming in the evenings, not what I wanted my family to see, so we were never about to enjoy the pool.

It was easy to check in. The breakfast was good, biscuits/gravy/eggs/sausage/etc... several choices of cereal and juice. All the staff were friendly and kind. The beds were comfortable and had comfy pillows on each bed. It was worth the cost!

The complaint we had was the trash that our 3 year old found around the edges of the beds. We're also not a fan of the shower body soap in the dispenser. It has an old musty smell.

Check in was easy~Alicia, (I think was her name) was extremely helpful. I decided to stay an extra night & was told couldn't keep our no-stair room. By the time I arrived she had found a room for the 3 nights with no stairs!!!! So thankful to not have to change rooms or climb stairs! Breakfast was amazing...good variety, very clean & kind server. She never took a break cleaning, re-filling food, & always had a king word acknowledging EVERY person as they came & went & in between. My granddaughter says, "Mimi, we have found our new home in Branson!!" My daughter & I agree with her!

Overhead lighting would really be helpful. Only light over vanity, on table & between beds. None of which project light over beds if sitting gathered around brochures, etc. Even reading leaning on pillows against headboard couldn't be done. Pool could be warmer for evening swims.

To start with; David was great! He called us shortly after we checked in to make sure everything was ok and that we had towels, etc. Very nice personal touch. The breakfast was really good. Better than what we've had at other motels! The lady working the breakfast always made sure there was plenty of food and coffee available for everybody that came in.

There isn't any one thing that we didn't like! Loved the whole experience. The building made you feel like you were definitely welcomed there.

My wife and I have stayed here before. This was a trip with our 9 year old granddaughter. Room was clean, access to the pool was simple. We were on the pool side so getting there was easy. Pool was clean, although the first day it seemed like chlorine levels were a bit high. Chlorine levels were better on the second day. Easy access to everything in Branson and to SDC. A hint - try to get familiar with the three main routes in town to avoid traffic on HWY 76. Great staff - friendly, caring.

Would have liked first floor rooms pool side, but those book up fairly quickly. Had to use second floor, no big problem, but first floor would have been better. Other than that, no issues with our stay.

It's a nice little place in Branson, MO. We've stayed there several times over the years. It's a motel and not really a hotel, but it's nice for the price. Breakfast is nice in the morning and the staff is very friendly. If your looking for the high end Hilton it's not. But, It's clean, updated, friendly staff, has a nice enclosed pool and is close to the attractions in Branson.

Not much to say. It's a nice little motel and the staff is very friendly. For the price you can't beat it. I'm sure there are better in Branson, MO. But, if your in Branson to see the attractions and a nice place to relax for the evening - you can't beat it.
