It's a perfect location. Close to all main roads, places to eat, attractions and strip.

The rooms are in dire need of repairs and updating. The toilet was loose from the floor and you rocked when you sat down. The mirror was spotted with rust all over half in the bathroom. Carpets were old and worn. No coffee was in the room and they gave you cups, and toiletries when you checked in. Was told coffee was in the room but wasn't so had to go back to the office and was given 2. Each day had to go get 2 more and the last day was told they were out. With all the hotels and motels owned by Wyndham, none should be in this condition. The parking lot in the back where we were, had a big deep hole that was there 2 years ago when we stayed here.

Location was great, pet friendly, cheap we just needed a place to sleep that allowed pet's.

I couldn't tell if it wasn't very clean or if it was just very dated, bedding was very thin, not warm at all. Same goes for the towels but it wasn't a deal breaker we will probably stay there again next time we visit Branson.

The room was clean, air was extremely cold, the owner was extremely nice (we got there late in the night and he waited on us to get there), breakfast was good, the location of the hotel was not far at all from the strip in Branson but away enough to avoid all the noises from the strip. We will Def be staying again. Thank you for making our first Branson trip one to remember.

There isn't anything we didn't like.

Front desk manager was very friendly n informative. The location is off the strip so it was more quiet than there. We enjoyed being outside from room door due to bringing our dog.

It could use some remodeling but the walls are super thick n very quiet.

everything was clean, they had waffles and other things for breakfast, check in person was super friendly.

sink was very cracked. not sure it could be very sanitary. bed skirt was ripped. but everything else was great!

Great staff, clean room, comfortable, and superication.

Due to COVID-19, most places are under-staffed. It's not the fault of the hotels. This hotel and the last one we booked through Booking.com were experiencing these issues, and really did well with they had. It was still a great stay despite the pandemic.
