the pics from website make you think you are renting a room in a very nice hotel but at check in your accommodations are like an average motel. Room was very hot like the a/c was just turned on prior to our arrival. Not good when it’s almost 99 outside

Clean, inviting villa. Service people were respectful,friendly, helpful, and timely. They came quickly to resolve problems with toilet and TV. Comfortable bed. Quiet environment.

The check in process was long. Waited at the desk until I called out for someone to leave back room and help me. Computer was slow, so check in took 15 minutes. It took 3 trips to the check in desk to obtain 2 keys that both worked. The main TV did not have good reception, although the bedroom TV was perfect. We called for help. The toilet did not flush well, even after two plumbers came to help. After we were in our unit, the door suddenly and unexpectedly opened and a worker dropped off coffee materials and bedding, not knowing the unit was occupied. When we called the women in charge to ask for some recompense for our issues, she said there was nothing she could do. This was a pricey accommodation We expected great service and accommodations.

What a great find on the internet. We love to go to Branson, but when I go, I like to find a new place to stay that might be different. So the wife saw this on the internet, and I agreed it looked nice. Not to get too long here, but if you are looking at Westgate Branson Woods Resort, you've come to the right place. First, the beds are just awesome (Beauty Rest Pillow Tops); the site has three pools, and the private one is quieter than the big one, but there is miniature golf at the large pool. Across from the pool is the Market Place, where you can get everything you would in a convenience store. Quiet Rooms, Great Staff, Perfect Location, and Beautiful Property. I give this place a high thumbs up.

beds -great n comfort, employees- kind, helpful & abundant, pool- nice but too crowded. Internet -poor! keep getting security alerts on my PC even with the paid extra internet offered. Internet should be safe/secured and NOT an extra to purchase. on the scale, Internet gets 0. Otherwise, all else was very good.

The inside and outdoor pool were both great! The hot tub was our favorite part. We loved all the activities available on the resort. We played mini golf for $1 a person. They had shuffle board, sand volleyball, half court basketball, and a hiking trail. We spent a day on the resort just having fun! The rooms were modern with a woodsy theme. The beds were very comfortable! The check in staff was great and interacted very well with each other. You could tell they enjoyed where they worked. That is a sign a of a great work environment. A great value and we will be back again.

The construction set off the fire alarms a few times. Just a small bump towards making a better hotel. Wish the waterpark was open and will be back when it does.

The room wasn’t cleaned every night. Pool was too full every night, too many adults with alcohol in the pool with kids. But our overall experience was amazing!!! Just need a broom for all the sand from the volleyball court😂

Very nice, updated, gated community. Staff was excellent. Helpful, good communication, pleasant genuine. Very clean. Really Didn't have to leave the property to find things to do. Didn't want to leave.

Wish there was an ice machine in every building. Weather was cold and rainy didn't like that I had to walk three buildings over to get ice.

Our room was so spacious, clean and very nice. The bathroom was really big and open which was really surprising since most are small. The bed was comfortable and the room set up was cozy and everything worked as expected. It was quiet and we enjoyed our stay and it bring a secured gated area is a bonus.

The pool was awesome and the additional treat of a movie at the pool at dark was nice.

The room was nice, roomy and clean. However, I was surprised to see a stain on the ceiling from a previous leak. Also, the door was difficult to shut because the frame was out of alinement. The adjoining room door was also crooked in the frame. Cracks in the sheet rock shows there is something structurally wrong with the room. Maybe it just settled after construction, but those issues need to be addressed. Especially the front door, not sure if someone elderly could get it to close properly. (Building 1, Room 107)

It was a very Nice property and great location. It had very easy access to all Branson has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.

Our ac was leaking/condensating in our room. A minor thing. It worked fine though.
