The room looked exactly as pictured. It was reasonably clean. The manager filled all of my requests. If you have kids, this is an awesome location because there was a kid themed set of attractions on the property, everything from a carousel to a bullet ride. We were 5 minutes from the mall and right on the strip. No breakfast because our visit was right at the end of COVID19, but there was a breakfast diner and a Krispy Kreme that were adjacent to the property. The pool looked very inviting and clean! We decided to stay an extra night and the manager was very accommodating. I look forward to returning.

The room had a heavy smoke smell, but I had my trusty can of Lysol (COVID19 PPE). The door frame had been broken, but I felt safe because we were near the office. One of the lamp fixtures was broken too. Our phone did not have a cord, so you couldn't call the front office.

If you have children it is an excellent location. Lots of activities in walking distance. Places to eat close also. The Tanger mall is also very close.

Unfortunately even though the staff was excellent, the property could use some TLC. Also on Booking.com it said coffee pots were in the rooms, the young man on duty said that was misleading because they did not have any, but he went out of his way to find us one! All in all we had a great stay!

The location was good its right on the strip and close to restaurants and stores. Easy to access with multiple entries.

The air conditioner was all broken and taped together but the front kept falling off. There was trash in the nightstand drawer from previous guests. Some of the lights in the room didn't work and the one that did work we had to find a plug in for it.

Pillows are to flat for me. There wasn't but 1 or two towels and wash cloths. Had to ask for some. Only saw one housekeeper no one to ask about things.

the curtain in the room was falling off the rod letting too much light in the room put clothes pins to hold it up promble sloved

The hotel is right on the strip and there are rides for the kids in the front of the hotel, so we always had something to do every night.

I didn't like that when the maid knocked and we said we didn't need anything, they still came inside with us in bed.

Location was great, we could walk to places instead of getting into the lined up traffic.

Hotel was fine but the other guest from other rooms out on balcony cussing and arguing was a downer kinda felt like I was in the ghetto 😒 but over all I still enjoyed myself.

This property was in a great location!! Staff was very understanding and very nice!! Would be honored to stay here again!!

Location easy access, good stay overall stay will return when in Branson again

The beds were ok just not as comfy as other OYO hotels and the shower was weak and only 2 towels in the rooms for 3 people as always

Liked everything about the room, the property and the staff. Room was great. Nice spa tub and spacious room for the money. Property was clean and located close to shopping and dinning. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone traveling for any reason to stay here.
