Staff is a bit unorganized. Makes you nervous handing your card over to that chaos Unexpected charges for pets not disclosed on booking.com

Of all my traveling and hotel stays I just had the pleasure of meeting the nicest and most helpful front desk hostess ever...Vanessa was great!! From letting us visibly pick our room to the cookies and peach cobbler she fixes every night at 9:00 to lighting the pit fire outside...she was awesome! Rooms have been remodeled and my king bed was great. Breakfast was the normal continental and all was good. Location is off the strip which makes it handy to move around away from the traffic if you know the streets to use.

Not really any dislikes as the room was recently remodeled and everything worked and was very clean. If I just had to try to come up with something it would be the air unit was a little loud, but that didn't stop it from keeping our room really cool.

V was amazing 😍 my daughter loves her and v makes us feel super special every trip... Her attitude is what keeps all visitors coming back. I keep seeing the hotel fuller and fuller each time.... Yet it still seems like we are the only ones there

Upper management needs to take in consideration all factors and needs to realize if V leaves the hotel will loose all customers.... The maid is lazy... Does her job but I wouldn't want to walk past her again after the look I got You have some male sitting at front doing homework while everyone else is running around checking people in and getting hotel ready for huge bus pulling in.... Felt very sexist when having to communicate with anyone except V......

the beds were comfortable. nice, clean pool. housekeeper, Miss Denise, is definitely an asset. she was the only housekeeper working and went above and beyond to get our room taken care of. can’t thank her enough.

we were told at 2:00 to come back at 3 and our room would be ready. we were checked in at 2 and given room keys. check in time is actually 3, so no big deal. came back at 3, took our luggage into the room to find that it still hadn’t been cleaned. contacted front desk, was told, at 4:00, that our room would be cleaned next. (only one housekeeper, Denise, who is the sweetest lady ever). our room was finally cleaned, beds changed around 5:15. I even offered to change the beds but Miss Denise insisted that it wasn’t my place to have to do that. she also had no idea that we’d been checked into a room that wasn’t clean. lack of communication seems to be a bit of a problem. after that, everything was great. we would probably stay here again.

Carrie in the office was so helpful. The landscaping was nice. We ended up staying an extra night and there was a problem with the computer. They didn’t make me wait while it was fixed and when I stopped back by it was taken care of.

We had ants in the bathroom area. I told the office and they went to take care of it. I realize that happens. People smoking on the walkway. I’m limited mobility and several times had to walk right through it.

I liked the staff and location

The breakfast each time I went wasn't very warm. Also, the 3rd day of my stay, there was almost nothing left to eat at 9:30. Yes, that's close to the end of breakfast, but I had woken up late that morning so couldn't get down first thing. But what really got me about the breakfast was that I came down at 8 am the last day, and there was literally no food. I can't eat gluten so was counting on either the eggs or potatoes. I could only get apple juice and go back to my room.

Breakfast was good and was filling I would like to seen hash browns and beacon but I’m not complaining sausage biscuits gravy eggs waffles are cereal if you wanted it so if you didn’t eat anything and left out that morning hungry that’s your fault. Location very easy it get in and out your not on a busy street where your going to lay rubber to get out into the street lol hardly no traffic And still close to the main drag we’re all the activity and attractions was taken place I didn’t need a big fancy place to stay just a nice clean comfortable place to relax and sleep at end of the day this is all I needed and was very please.

I didn’t have any dislikes I was satisfied with the Price location and the room.

Staff & other guest were friendly & we watched them in a situation where there was someone on the property & they all went into action to get it taken it care of. I was very happy to see they were taking action. That means they keep their hotel safe. I slept like a baby both nights. Great location! Close to everything. I loved our stay. And the breakfast and dessert for a couples hours each morning /night is a bonus I would love more of! So tasty! :)

They are clearly working on the whole property right now & I think they are doing a very nice job. :)

Vanessa, the manager is awesome going above and beyond to make our vacation unforgetible for our family!!! She baked different cobblers every night along with a variety of cookies! The pool was always clean. Trevor did an excellent job maintaining it. We had a bbq and huge 2 hour+ fireworks show on July 4 th, all free of charge. It was an amazing 8 day stay for us, and we are looking forward to going back again!

Nothing could of been better!

I felt our rooms were excellent and clean. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the nightly cobbler, cookies, and juice. The hot breakfast was great.

I was shocked upon going to my room after checking in at 9:30 pm that the room wasn’t cleaned. I contacted the desk and she apologized and upgraded me to another room. Personally I prefer carpet and the floors were laminate, but neither of these will prohibit me from booking here again!
