Front desk clerk was very friendly and efficient even though there was only one clerk and about 5 of us in line. The hotel was very clean and housekeeping was was nice and friendly. Great location right by Main Street but enough away from traffic to be quiet. Breakfast was good, had a lot of choices and staff was nice and helpful. This hotel has a great atmosphere. We had two busses of people check in right before us but did not feel crowded or hurried. They were ready for many people and organized. Would definitely stay here again.

The bed was very comfortable. Always makes the stay 10x better when you feel like you are sleeping on an actual bed and not a concrete floor.

I don't know if it was some mechanical thing, but something kept coming on and running for 2 to 3 minutes and going off. It was either late at night or early in the morning. It was so loud you could hear it over my box fan and it seemed to vibrate the room/floor. Didn't wake me or anything, it was just kind of weird.

When I went into my room it was musty and had a dehumidifier in the room. The staff was very understanding and moved me to another 2 queen room that one was great.

The original two queen room had a musty smell and had a dehumidifier in the room running. My wife has bad allergies and couldn’t stay in the room.

staff were helpful and courteous. cleaning staff daily refresh room with clean towels and trash pick up. cost a bit more from 1st hotel but saved us from smoke filled hotel we had to switch in middle of the night. Good back up plan that was available for us . Breakfast staff worked hard to ensure food was stocked and areas were clean.

coffee machine in room didn’t work but I know if we took the time to report it staff would have replaced it. we were too busy with itinerary to remember to check with front desk.

The location was close to everything we wanted to do, and the breakfast was a huge bonus.

We booked three rooms for our family vacation. Our room was not updated, but the other two were updated. No big deal as we were out and about most of the day.

Lots of grab bars in the shower/tub. The food was good. The location is great. Near attractions but not on the crowded street.

Eggs on Saturday were chopped up scrambled. I would have preferred the omelets like on Friday.

The room was very nice. I loved the jacuzzi tub!

The room wasn’t ready for check in until straight up 3 and we were unsure that is was going to be ready then. Also the floor in the hallway needed to be vacuumed terribly especially right in front of our door.

Staff helped find good restaurants and were very attentive to our needs.

The room needed some care. Plastic wall guards were falling off and some of the plumbing was rusted. Most was very nice. Beds were great.

The staff was wonderful. Mary Jane was in charge of breakfast and took time to ask what kind of foods we liked to put out each money and had coffee ready for us earlier than posted. The first day we were there everything was closed due to ice and snow so we didnt have much choice but to hang out in hotel. Maintaince open pool and spa early for is so we had something to do.

The staff was very welcoming, the mini fridge and microwave were in a good spot. I loved the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The convivence of the soda and ice machines, and the washer and dryers. Also the pool area has a hot tub and plenty of sitting furniture.

The room was not 100 percent clean, there was hair in the bathroom sink and on the side of the toilet. And also a spider web with a spider on it. Also breakfast ends too early.
