Great location because it's near the strip, but far enough away that you're not getting any of the distraction when trying to sleep. Staff were absolutely wonderful to work with and went above and beyond. Breakfast wasn't incredible, but I did love making blueberry waffles. The wifi was really good as well. Finally the pool was quite nice, I definitely prefer an indoor pool over an outdoor one.

The rooms were a bit dark and cramped. Also the gravy at breakfast can be hit or miss. Lastly for some reason Walmart doesn't like delivering to the address so that's something to consider if you're doing an extended stay.

Breakfast was great. and The Breakfast nLady was very friendly and efficient. All of the staff, was also friendly and helpful. Location was great. Clean and comfortable rooms.

The Hot tub was out of order and being worked on. The pool area, due to work being done on the hot tub, was not the cleanest. For us it was fine, but if You had mobility issues, hills in some of the parking area could be troublesome. Our door lock had a red light on our last night, and maintenance crew was gone, around 11 pm. staff gave us new keys, but unfortunately that was not the problem. We had to work around getting in and out. Both of us could not have left the room together. Luckily it was late, and only had to work with it in the morning!

I liked how the doors all lead outside and you don't have to walk through a building to get to your room.

The breakfast room smelled like vomit, as soon as you open the door you got a big whiff, it didn't look dirty but smelled horrible. Maybe opening some windows in there every now and then might help air the small space out!

The front desk lady was very nice and greeted. The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast area was very nice and the lady Was very nice and inviting. She made our start of the day fun and ready.

I would say they need more handicap rooms and ramp for the older ones to be safe

The staff was the friendliest and most accommodating I've ever experienced. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Loved we were able to request adjoining rooms and got them. The hot breakfast was super nice as well. Also liked being able to park directly outside of our rooms.

Would have preferred an outdoor pool. The indoor was just too hot for Summer to be able to enjoy. But there was enough to do in town that we didn't need the pool to entertain the kids.

the staff was very sweet & more than accommodating . the room was very nice & very clean ! the beds were comfy and the location was very convenient . breakfast was also very good !

no air in the elevator or breakfast area. it was very hot & coming back after silver dollar city into a hot elevator was miserable . the pool wasn’t the cleanest either.

close to area attractions, the maintenance guy did all maintenance pretty much by him self from daylight to dusk didn’t get his name but he was Great, & friendly he had dark hair and beard!!!

the hot tub was yellow and cold the first night there, the next day they drained it and put new water, & it warmed up as the day went on (Thankfully)

Breakfast was great as I am a morning person. My wife was comfortable in the bed. We might bring our dog next time.

The pool was out of service. This wasn’t a deal breaker as we didn’t have plans on swimming.

Everyone at the hotel was nice and courteous! Good altitudes and helpful. The water pressure in the showers was great.

The a/c unit worked but took awhile to cool off the room. And the breakfast could last a little.longer maybe 1030.

The Breakfast was GREAT !!! Had a lot to choose from!! John, the front desk staff was great!!

Romm was small for 2 queens!! Even the beds were small!! Everything was in a different building! The main office, the breakfast room, then the pool and the all the rooms!!
