comfortable beds and rooms

you have a $50 up to $250 deposit that you know nothing about until you get there. they tell you it is on their website but not on here.

The hotel is right off the highway and close to the main strip. The rooms are a great size and the staff was really friendly and helpful. It was our second stay at the hotel. It is perfect for us.

The motel was older but clean. I loved the fact that when I walked into the room after checking in the air conditioner was on! In many motels I have to turn it on after arriving. I also liked the fact the mini fridge was cool and ready to go. The bed was older, but comfortable and I traveled with my daughter and we had adjoining rooms. Normally we are 2-3 rooms apart.

Not that I was going to swim, but the pool wasn’t ready and it was June14th. The ice machine was also down. For both items we needed to go to their sister motel next door.

The staff was really nice and respectable. We were originally booked at the motel 6 but they said they did accommodate family of 5 so we switched to the Serenity Inn and no problems at all. Booking.com automatically put us in a smoking room but the lady who worked at the front desk(didnt catch her name) had caught it and asked if that is what I wanted since I had children, when I told her no, she switched me to a nonsmoking with no problems. Our room was right by the pool so that was definitely a plus. Overall, our experience was excellent and we'll definitely go back to stay.

The breakfast. It just says free breakfast, but the free breakfast consists just cereal bars and muffins with coffee and juice. We ended up buying cereal and milk for our room for the kids to eat breakfast.

I really liked the room. When we arrived, they had the AC going and the room was clean. It was pretty quiet the whole stay. The check in was kind of tricky as the Lobby is not open 24 hours. We had to get our room keys from their "sister hotel" next door, as we arrived pretty late in the night. The staff were all very friendly though. Will defiantly be staying again

We had a jacuzzi tub room and we could tell that someone, in the middle of the night, was taking a shower in their room, as we could hear the tub in our room gurgling. Also, they did not have a big selection for breakfast. I know it is continental and not a hot breakfast, but just felt there could have been a few more options

Great value for money. Breakfast was very simple but gave us something (juice, coffee, apples, muffins, granola bars). Pool was out of service but we were able to use the next door pool instead. Rooms were bigger than others in budget motels, and it had a refrigerator and laminate flooring, not carpet. It was basically clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Internet didn't work. Pool area looks nice - would be better if it was working. Breakfast was as expected but nothing great.

In a good location, close to main strip.

The property itself is good but what I didn’t care for there were rooms on second floor that had windows covered with paper etc so we knew they would be staying there for awhile, made us feel uncomfortable due to the fact didn’t know what they were capable of! It’s just a scary situation! First night there we were harassed by a drunk lady which I didn’t appreciate it but I knew how to handle her in a calm way, had no more issues! Need a microwave in the rooms!

Sink was severely rusted and badly stained with rust, attempts were made to cover made it look worse No Breakfast, I don't call a donut or cold cereal as a breakfast, when I asked , attitude was, "take it or leave" so we went to Steak & Shake . Next door had everything eggs, Biscuits, gravy, Toast,waffles, Syrup. nice rooms at less price. we visit Branson 10 times a year, try several motels for a change.

The owner is a very understanding man. After getting laid off from a dream job, he gave me a safe haven and comfort to grieve and process, and try to figure out a way to move forward with my head held high.

The head, maintenance man, I believe he lives on the property, he has earrings in both ears, and is kind of a stocker. So, I had to pack my bags in the middle of the night to leave before he knew I was gone.

Easy checkin and check out. Floors were laminate not carpet. Big rooms. Pool was under maintenance but we could use the one next door.

Loud air conditioner in our room (connecting room had a quieter one). Breakfast was basic but it was expected (coffee, juice, breakfast bars, muffins).
