Staff was friendly room was clean and they are one of the only hotels I have found that still has smoking rooms extra kudos for that now let me tell you about the staff we were there for two days and they were friendly and accomadating so much so that I left my cc in my room and a housekeeper (Paige)turned it in I was 15 minutes away from the motel when they called my brother in law (because they couldn't get ahold of me)he called his sister and we went back for my card where the front desk clerk greeted me with "did you forget something lol)"kudos to her also we have already booked our next stay there for September. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family oh I forget to mention pet friendly and our cat Little Bit really enjoyed the king size bed with Mommy and Daddy lol.

Our room could have been closer to the office as we are an older couple.

This was a great place to stay. The room was extra large, clean, well stocked, super quiet, nice bed, nice TV, parked right outside the room, great shower, and excellent breakfast. This was the first place with an automatic pancake making machine. Not waffle but good pancakes with eggs and sausage. Had a nice dinner at Nelle's - excellent burgers and pulled pork with coleslaw.

Seriously everything.

We liked everything. The staff was friendly. They accommodated our special requests. We chose this property because of price but we were happily surprised with everything. The breakfast was above par for morning meals. It had everything we could want and it was fresh and the hot food was perfect. We will stay here again and again since we come from Texas to go to quilter's Mecca in Hamilton.

The ice machine was down. That's it.

The room was seriously clean, not just surface clean. I looked in the corners, the edges, the bathroom, inside the microwave — just because I was so impressed with how clean it was. I also like not having a bedspread. They provide a blanket sandwiched by two soft sheets so I know those are washed each time. This was a great value. Nice bedding. Clean. Nothing about it was old or grungy. This is not a high end hotel but seemed newly remodeled and beyond adequate. There was no smell at all. No chemical smell, no trying to cover up smell. I also felt very safe there because of the security camera system! I will stay there again.

Not a single thing to complain about.

Exceptionally clean, which is very important and harder to find on a budget. Staff are very friendly and helpful, each one we interacted with was very approachable and helpful. The room is simple, but comfortable. Perfect for a quick overnight on the road or a budget stay without giving up a nice clean room. The cleaning staff are very good, which many hotels cannot find! Breakfast was some very good eggs, sausage, mini pancakes, and a mix of the usual fare. Highly recommend as a place to stay. Would stay again.

No complaints. Pleasantly surprised that for the price it was more than I expected.

The location was excellent - easy on and off the hiway. Nelle’s resteraunt next door is full service with a full menu and reasonable prices, making it easy to have a nice meal after a day on the road. The room had a microwave, fridge, nice tv, VERY comfy bed with lots of pillows. Highly recommend this motel to anyone stopping or visiting in this area.

I can’t think of anything

The location was convenient. I was traveling through MO and the location was a perfect stop for me. Although the motel kinda surprised me since I thought it is a hotel, the room was really quiet and overall was a really good experience.

The office area could have been a little better. When I was checking out, I smelled some sort of spices that wasn't pleasant, but that's just being picky.

Super convenient and the price was great. The room was very clean! The staff was super friendly and very nice!

The bed was a little uncomfortable and we didn’t know they had smoking rooms and we were next to one which made our room smell bad.

Check in: I was greeted with a welcoming smile. There was fruit in the lobby. The motel is all ground floor. It was quiet at night. The room is spacious, and has fridge and microwave. Good tv. Comfortable bed. There's some acreage on the property, and I could walk on actual grass outside the motel. The breakfast is excellent, with eggs, biscuits and gravy, and good hot coffee. It's very low key, which I like. Being only one story, you can park right in front of your door. (no lugging suitcases into elevators and walking down corridors to your room. It has a very friendly vibe. Staff is really friendly and helpful. I spent two nights here, just to relax and do nothing.

Nothing really.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. The breakfast included lots of choices. Good parking in front of the rooms. The basics of what you want in a room. Walls appeared to be newly painted in nice, soothing colors.

You have to drive thru a truck stop to get to SureStay. The parking lot surface was in really bad shape at the motel. We requested no room service, but they came in the room anyway while we were out of the room. They made 1 bed, emptied trash cans, and left an envelope for the tip.
