The Hotel facility is very up to date and classy. The lobby is spacious and inviting. Our evening dinner at the.Three Owls Restaurant was excellent… good food and a lovely atmosphere. The spa facility is outstanding.

The lighting in the room was low, and an additional electrical outlet near the full-length mirror would have allowed more than one person to dry or style hair. I would also have expected some kind of light over the tv/desk area. The bathroom was adequate, but an additional towel bar below the sink vanity top would be helpful.

I liked the large property and the location to shops was nice. Most shops were not open in town. The spa was great.

It seemed to be in a state of disrepair. it is definitely an older property but their were no much services, or drinks, at the pool. I would expect a nice place like this to have facilities available even during the week. Relaxing.

Love the history of the building. The spa services were amazing!

The staff could do a better job of cleaning. I was surprised how dirty our shower was. Black mold or mildew around the door and floor area. I found the same thing with the shower in the spa area. Every other area was well stocked and the staff was attentive. It just was a bit surprising that the shower areas were not clean. I don't want this to take away from our overall experience which was good.

Quaintness, history, friendly, hospitality, the staff to help in anyway possible.

I wish they would have had someone attend to the pool every morning to skim the pool of bugs and leaves, dry the tables, and definitely sweep the pool deck, especially after a storm the night before.

A lot of the facility was under construction so kind of sad I couldn't take advantage of everything or that there was not a lower rate offered due to that... However the staff was very accommodating for as much as they could 10/10 for them. The ghost tour by Jay was phenomenal absolutely recommend! Will definitely come back at least for that! The Night Auditor was the sweetest of the staff he deserves a raise for how accommodating and personable he was!

Like I said most of the facility was under construction so a lot of things were unavailable... Also a side bed light blew up on my hand when I was attempting to turn it on starting a small wall fire and burning my hand a small bit. The staff was quick to change us rooms but not much else was done for us. I understand it is an old building sometimes things like that happen it is obviously not the staff on dutie's fault, but I think a little more concern could have been given.

We liked the beds, lap pool, hot tub, water dispenser in the lobby, and that there were nice spaces to work.

That there were no refrigerators in the rooms and that they were going to charge a fee to check in early, even though a room was ready.

The price of the room was crazy! we were on the Royal floor. They use to have a breakfast and cocktail hour for the Royal floor but they don’t since Covid! well it’s not worth that amount of money without the added amenities!!!

Hot tub was amazing once you got to it. The property and little features were beautiful.

Hvac ran all nite. It is hard to regulate temperature. The Tv connection kept buffering. I have the capability to cast via device, but not a lot of others can.

Lap pool.

Elevator to lap pool would have been good. Our daughter has a disability and getting down all those steps was very difficult. Little store had very little and were out of Elms T-shirts.

I loved all the amenities and the helpful staff! Great ghost stories as well!

I didn't like the frequent shifts in temperature between areas of the hotel. Some areas were a little too hot for my liking.
