Clean facility, everything worked as it should, the room was clean and it was nice to have two ways in and out of the room, both hallway access as well as parking lot. The clerk that checked us in was excellent, he saw we had two small children and helped us unload our car at midnight into our room. For what we paid I am beyond pleased with the customer service, cleanliness, and overall stay we had here.

I have no negative comments about our stay.

Breakfast was good, hot tub and pool were lovely, great water pressure in shower. Helpful staff, room clean. Another customer in front of me was being rude/ disrespectful and the staff was very polite and diplomatic in responding. Breakfast was nice- not elaborate but nice.

I did not like that I had to pay quite a bit more by booking through Booking.com than if I had called the motel direct. I did not get military and AARP discounts for not booking with the motel.

The room was very clean and comfortable, it was inexpensive, great value for the money. Good water pressure, fridge, microwave , and coffeemaker in the room.

Breakfast was limited, the hallways needed vacuumed, the shower head was really low; the remote for the TV wouldn’t work to adjust the volume or to turn the tv off and on.

2 front desk ladies on Saturday nite were so nice and accommodating. Went out of their way so we could park motorcycle on flat ground in front of room. So helpful.

Breakfast area. I got there at 7:20 am. Coffee was out. All trash cans overloaded. Floor so sticky my shoes literally suctioned to the floor. I sat in breakfast area 45 minutes. No one came in to check on anything.

Motel was good

No hot breakfast attendant. Consumer had to fix everything in microwave. Food don't taste good that way. Motel could at least cook sausage and eggs for they would be good and bake biscuits

The breakfast was convenient. I was impressed that our room had a refrigerator, a microwave, and even a safe. The location was good for us since we were there to visit family in Carthage and Webb City.

I would have preferred more selection for breakfast, especially a fruit selection.

Breakfast was ok. Coffee always available was fantastic!! Liked having the ability to walk right out of my room to my vehicle. Staff were extremely helpful with any questions or needs I had.

Breakfast selection was bland and basic. The hotel could use an update decor wise. Fairly dated interior in the rooms and elsewhere.

The staff was very friendly and if had a issue it was token care of emeataly.

It was somewhat a Kid friendly environment. They had nice rooms. And staff for the most part were friendly.

Price was to high for a family who's trying to get ahead and simply enjoy time with our daughter before the birth of out 2nd child. Some of the staff could have been friendlier. The pool was far too cold for an indoor pool, it was unbearable.
