Easy to find off the hwy, but not a lot of hwy noise in the room! Parking was nice, always had a spot to park! The room was clean and the staff left a note and little duckies in the bathroom for the kids! They absolutely loved that! Very affordable as well!

The breakfast room was a little bit crowded in the mornings not a lot seating. The food was always hot and great though, my kids loved it too!

Breakfast was good. Our room was spotless. Staff was super friendly.

The humidifier on the third level is odd. Loved that it was there because everything was “wet” feeling. AC was not on when we went into our room, humidifier was off as well. Very stuffy. Had to get up 2 times in one night just to empty the bucket, I assume during the housekeeping they would empty the bucket during that time so guest wouldn’t have too. When we stayed on the first floor last year, this wasn’t a problem. Next time we will maybe spend a bit more for a different hotel around the corner after the last 2 years or request a lower level floor.

I loved that I told them I was traveling with a 2 year old and when we got to the room, there was a rubber duck on the side of the tub for him. That was an awesome detail that I was not expecting. It made us feel more welcome there.

I didn't like the fact that we were only in town for the one night. I would have liked to stay longer.

The lobby is so pretty, and festively decorated in a fall theme. Old railroad signs and suitcases decorate the walls. All and all just a very welcoming lobby to walk in to. Our room was very nice and smelled wonderful. We were on a girls quilt shop trip and just wanted a clean place to sleep…we got SO MUCH MORE! Staff was super friendly to us!

Unless we had chocolates on the pillow…lol..I can’t think of a thing to make it better.

Clean place to stay and friendly staff. Daughter loved the rubber ducky on the bathtub. I will say it would be nice to add a night light for those with kids so we can see them in the middle of the night.

Pool water was a little cold for swimming but we've experienced colder pools at hotels.

Breakfast was hot and delicious. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The facility as a whole was exceptional!

The pool area was a bit too hot. It would have been nice to have more ventilation so we could enjoy the spa. It was too hot to get in the spa so we mostly stayed in the pool.

First of all I LOVED how it looked like a train station. Very cute. The staff was very nice, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable!

It was odd that the pool is right when you walk in but it was fine. I really didn't have any complaints.

Loved that the pool had life jackets and toys! Hard to tote all that stuff around. So nice that you guys had it! Also breakfast was pretty good! Popcorn and cookies after kids got done swimming in the lobby was also a nice change!

Beds were okay for comfort

The lady at the check-in desk was so friendly. We checked in late, after a long afternoon on the road. She was exactly what we needed to get our energy up and ready for dinner and some shopping.

You can’t find a better place to stay than this hotel. The staff is amazing, super friendly and helpful. They offer free coffee, juice and cocoa throughout the day. Rooms have updated comfortable beds. Everything is spotless. Breakfast is a full buffet.I don’t come to Warrensburg often but will only stay here in the future. The pool is REALLY heated. 88 degrees so comfortable for kids and adults!

There was nothing to dislike.
