Hampton Inn Lebanon

Room was clean and comfortable.

Check in clerk, not very cordial. spoke with same person on phone prior to arrival and also upon check-in. Just seemed like a grumpy person. he also changed the rate (higher) than my guaranteed rate, but changed it back after I pointed it out. parking first night of stay (TH) was impossible. so many work type trucks/trailers taking up multiple premium parking spots. If trailers had to take up that many spaces, they should have been instructed to parked as far away as possi

Kylie was the front desk person when we checked in. She told us if we needed anything just let her know. We ordered some take out food but the restaurant had no knives. Asked Kylie if we could get a couple from the breakfast room and she got them right away. She is great asset to the Hampton Inn in Lebanon. I am a Hilton Honors member and do like to point when a great job is done.

Nothing everything was great. So good in fact we booked at the Hampton Inn in Englewood Ohio for tonight.

Great breakfast, not a "bag" breakfast.

They did not have our Booking.com reservation. They blamed Booking.com for the problem. We eventually got a room but had to pay more that the amounted quoted by Booking.com

When I checked out on my last morning I told the desk clerk this was the best motel stay I have experienced in a very long time. From check in to check out the entire staff mad our stay extremely pleasant. Everyone was kind, helpful, understanding and accommodating. I will book another room at this motel my next trip to Lebanon!

I can honestly state there was nothing I did not like about this motel and stuff. this is a great motel and staff. They went out of their way too make our stay pleasant and welcoming.

Very nicely furnished. Rooms were large. staff was excellent, friendly and accommodating. Our room was the first room off of the lobby, but was quiet and we heard no noise. The breakfast was good, especially given that some hotels no longer provide anything other than packaged danish. And they are responsive to Covid. Lots if sanitizer available and they had breakfast to go bags for those not comfortable eating in the breakfast area. Convenient to the Interstate, but far enough away so you didn’t hear the traffic.

location was good for our day activities. The outdoor pool was open although the water was cold but grandkids can't tell the breakfast smoothies were nice change. The food was good. The temperature for food items was either cold or warm for smoothies but still acceptable for a hotel.

I have not gotten use to a hotel costing over $100 dollars. I think the cost norm should be $69 a night but 128. ridiculous. I guess that is why we don't stay in hotels very often. The property was clean and nice as it should be but the price remains unacceptable.

nice room. precast concrete construction and floors so very quiet compared to other hotels with wood floors where you hear every move of people above. very friendly greeting upon our late arrival! Made us feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. rarely get that type of friendliness these days.

Every person we interacted with at this facility from the front desk to any staff on the floor was as cheerful and pleasant as could be.

I wish there would have been a charging station at the bedside table so our phones would not have needed to be across the room from us while we slept. Other places we've stayed had charging ports built into the lamps. That was nice.

The staff is always pleasant, and great to deal with. The hotel is always clean quiet and smells nice. Breakfast facilities are nice and food is very good.

There really isn't anything we don't like about the Hampton inn. It's in a nice location and is a great place to stay.

the hot breakfast was not readily available. had to wait quite a long time for eggs, bacon, potatoes, etc. to come out. and when some did come out it was not enough for all the guests. If your going to claim to offer free hot breakfast, then do so.
