The breakfast was better than most hotels I’ve been in. Actually gives you a really wide variety of food to eat. Our favorite was the waffle maker. Hotel was very comfy, very clean, smelled good. Hotel room was nice but not what I clicked on when I booked my room online. I reserved a room but didn’t put any money down but when I got to the hotel room it wasn’t quite what I had booked. It’s okay the room turned out fantastic but wanted a bit more privacy from my kids. Non the less it gave us a good bonding experience. Pool was a great my kids were sooo excited to swim in the pool! And quite frankly so was I! It was warm and fun, clean. Was really close to food places and entertainment. Staffing was really nice and had great attitudes. Would definitely stay here again, but make sure I have money on my card next time. 🙂

I didn’t like that you couldn’t pay with cash! I’m sorry but what hotel doesn’t let you pay with cash. I mean some people want to be discrete or just don’t like using a card. It was very frustrating that I pulled cash out for my trip and couldn’t even use it in the hotel we stayed in for 2 days. My kids wanted late night snacks and I couldn’t buy them from the hotel cause you had to pay card and who wants to get dressed and drive and leave to the gas station just to do so.

What didn't I like- NOTHING. The best stay I have had in years at a hotel. The facility decor was great, clean, well appointed. Staff efficient and friendly and nice. Pool excellent. Handicapped room 414 excellent-bed the best. Set up perfect for me in a wheelchair. Good handicapped parking. TV and channel/cable selection-the best. The breakfast was great. Little incidentals all accounted for-towels/extra blanket etc. Loved the eye make up remover pads in bathroom. I will be trying to stay at Home 2 Hilton's in future as much as possible.

NOTHING

The room was very spacious and had a full sized fridge. Bed was very comfortable. Air was super crisp. Front desk was always attentive. Breakfast food quality was overall good, I had a breakfast sandwich and after it was heated up it was very good.

4th floor smelt like someone had smoked. The room was not serviced, but I could have just been sleeping hard during my 9-11am nap, would have been nice they left a note if they had stopped by so I could still get towels or what not. Breakfast did not have a lot of options, I went down around 9:30 so the tail end, but there were a few people after me coming down as well and they were super impressed. Had to specifically ask for bagels and such.

The breakfast was excellent, hot and nice selection. The second morning which was a Sunday it was a little bare, staff didnt refill very quickly, but I believe they were busy elsewhere. Overall it was very good.

The hours of the pool, 9:00 is pretty early to close the pool. Thank goodness we had an excellent front desk person that extended the time for a bit so our grandkids could swim a bit.

I loved the hotel was clean, the staff is friendly, it was near shopping and great food.

My room did not have a bathtub and there was a fan that came on every 20 minutes that blew cool air. We could not turn it off. In the summer time this would have been great, but It was -5 degrees out side.

I chose this hotel over our traditional choice of Hampton Inn, because I saw no mention of a charge for our Kitty. I saw the glaring mention that it was "pet friendly" ... So I chose your hotel. Needles to say, I was unhappy when told there was a $50.00 charge.

it’s our go-to property when we are entertaining family and friends from out of town. It really is like being at home away from home. We love it! Its close to the City, surrounded by great restaurants and shopping, yet without all the traffic and the hustle bustle.

Not one thing. We have stayed at several Home2’s while traveling and we have loved everyone of them.

The rooms with the storage options was AMAZING. We absolutely loved being able to move things around and have them not underfoot but accessable. And the kitchen was so so so nice. Dance competitions can be crazy and this was heaven!

hours at the pool are somewhat limited

Was very nice. Room With small kitchenette was perfect! Liked it so much I signed up for the honors card to stay there over and over again, LOL.

Very comfortable. Great bed. Breakfast was what you would expect for a hotel free breakfast.

I wasn’t able to add my Hilton rewards number because the desk person couldn’t figure it out. The Wi-Fi was poor.
