Super 8 by Wyndham Perryville

I loved all the staff we encountered. The room was clean and comfortable would definitely stay here again if I was passing through and needed to stop.

I didn't like that we booked this hotel strictly for the hot tub for my husband. When we went into the pool area the hot tub had been removed. They need to update the images on the site. Also the wifi was down luckily we didn't need it so it wasn't an imposition on us, but it could be on someone else.

It was ok. We didn’t eat much of wat was offered as we brought stuff along we like in the morn.

There was nothing on the morn menu we didn’t like. We just don’t eat heavy or lots of carbs in the morn.

The pool and breakfast was open unlike other hotels. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Christian at the front desk was absolutely fantastic. Little things in his check in process led me to believe he’s a seasoned pro in hospitality, from the way he gestured with an open hand to elevators instead of pointing, to the way he knew the amenities like the back of his hand. This kicked off our stay on a great note. The rooms exceeded our expectations as well. We traveled with our softball organization and large parties are never a breeze to handle but we were all blown away. Would’ve never expected such a great stay from a Super 8, but we will all be adding it to our list now as we are frequent travelers.

I like the size of the rooms and the overall cleanliness of the facility. The staff is always awesome. They even found a room for my friends last minute!

The breakfast wasn't good like it used to be. This was the fifth year we have booked these rooms for an event, but this time the breakfast lacked a lot. It's not a huge deal to me because I like to go into town and eat breakfast but that was the only grumbling I heard from anyone else.

My first impression was impressive. Great staff ! Very welcoming. The room was spacious with plenty of usb and plug in ports to accommodate my heating pad laptop and other various items that require charging. Many goodies in the bathroom including shower caps, makeup remover, hand sanitizer. I used to avoid Super 8, but based on rating and reviews, I booked this property. Much better than I imagined. everything was beautiful. plenty of shopping and other services close by.

The elevator was a bit slow. Ice machine only on the main level

My family enjoyed the warmth of the indoor pool. Our rooms were close as we requested. The staff were excellent. If we come to that area again we might consider staying there due to the reception that we received.

When I made reservations, there was a hot tub advertised with the pool. When we went swimming there were no hot tub and that was one of the reasons I booked this hotel. Family still enjoyed the pool. Breakfast could have offered more like bacon or sausages with the bisquits and gravy. The orange /apple juice machine was out of order but they still had a gallon of each. The beds were too high and hard. My wife and I have a bad back and I just had surgery on my knee.

Staff was nice, easy check-in. My original room was booked from a previous tenant and they stayed extra night, however, the desk clerk upgraded my booking to a suite without extra charges. Thank you.

I think the breakfast could have a little more selection (Eggs, Meat Choice, Gravy). There was waffles, toast, baked items, fruit, biscuits, and cold cereal. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was missing, so had to go back down to first floor.

The room was clean and there was an indoor pool. When we checked in, the staff gave me information about places that delivered so we could get dinner. The most important thing to me is that my daughter & I were going to have to walk 3 miles over an interstate to get to the shop where my vehicle was towed. We attempted to find an Uber, Lyft, or cab service but there were none. I went to the front desk just to see if they knew about anyone that would be trustworthy that I could pay to take my daughter and I to the mechanic shop & the manager offered to get us there safely! That one act of kindness lifted so much stress off my shoulders...as a mom alone with my daughter traveling I didn’t know what we were going to do. I am so very grateful for this act of kindness!

The property is always very clean.

The first room I was placed in has a leaky toilet. I was moved quickly to another room. It was fine but the staff should stay on top of the upkeep of the entire room. The ringer near the base of the floor behind the recliner was detached from the wall.
