This is my favorite place to stay when we go to visit family in the area. Its centrally located, easy on and off the highway. The pools are clean and have easy access, the indoor pool is wheelchair accessible. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, and oh, that bed!!!

We usually end up with an upstairs room, my husband uses a cane, and it makes it a little more difficult

just had a good “feel” to it when we walked in-from the time we checked in until the time we checked out. the staff was super friendly and helpful. our room was clean and smelled fresh-not a “clean cover up” smell.

The pool was heated to 80 degrees which felt a little cold. The free breakfast was awful. Eggs werent cooked all the way and the sausages were cold

Really clean, and very comfortable! Location was great, close to just about everything in town and easy to get to. Staff were really nice also. Definitely will be staying again next time I'm in the area!

Room and bed were comfortable, the location was perfect for me. Breakfast was very good. Weather was hot but the room was very cool and comfortable.

Not that it was a big deal for us but the fan made a loud noise every time it kicked on. Tried telling the clerk the next day when we checked out and she didn't really acknowledge whether or not she heard.

The breakfast was great. The room was large and clean. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations.

The TV remote functioned intermittently. At times, you could not change channels (perhaps, the batteries were low). The TV froze twice and needed to be restarted. There was no channel guide in the room.

Easy check-in.

Would have liked a room with easy outdoor access. It was available, I just didn't ask for it. So next time I will request one.

The room was nice and big. Price was great and staff was friendly.

The bed was hard as a rock. There were some areas of the room that were very dirty. Mini fridge was dirty and had mold growing on it. The window had no lock on it, no screen and you were able to push it right open. That I felt very insecure and uneasy about. Especially traveling alone.
