Super 8 by Wyndham Rolla

It had been a long day, we had Air Force Reunions (2 in a week, 1 in Rhode Island, the other in Branson Missouri and the drive was hard. We stopped and went online and found this hotel, it was a bit farther than we expected but was phenomenal! Beds very comfortable and room nicely set up. It's not downtown, but we loved it. The mattresses very comfortable, and the Breakfast was Superb! Nicest breakfast all week and some hotels much more expensive. Thank you.

There is a $250 deposit, one was expected but not that high, but it was fine.

All of the staff was super friendly and our room was amazing.

The only issue I would say I had was on our last night the people in the room above us it sounded like a heard of elephants were running across the floor. They were so loud they scared my puppy. I went to the front desk and Nelson the night man was very rude to me. I let him know what was going on and he told me they just checked in and it was fine, and rolled his eyes at me. I felt he could of handled the situation much better. The noise continued for almost 2 hours, I don't know many people that take that long to get settled.

My husband and I stayed here when the heat went out in our house after a propane leak. We checked in after 9pm and Staff was very friendly, the gentleman that checked us in was apologetic for being on the phone when I walked in, not his fault! They were doing some work updating the hotel so there was the smell of paint on the first floor. Our room was on the third floor and very big. Our room was very clean with no strange odors.

The bed was VERY uncomfortable, I could feel the springs and woke up with a sore back. The stopper in the tub did not work and the drain was so dirty when I started water it pushed a few hairs out of it into the tub. Not a big deal as it wasn’t a lot nor was it chunks of a foreign substance. But still kind of gross.

I have stayed here a few times for work and have not had any problems infact I was worried about the noise level because I work nights. The noise level has never been a problem. The staff was excellent, I wish I could remember their names but they were all great. The rooms have been clean and very thankful they do not allow smoking. Thank you for accommodating travel staff.

The friendly front dest staff !! And the hallways were very nice and clean. And it was a nice Quiet stay!!

You advertise having a "pool and breakfast" The "pool" in nothing more than an oversized hot tub with NO filtration!! No more than 15ftx10ft...if that !! And the breakfast...a cheese Danish and 2 choices of cold cereal!! And only one quart of milk out...and we stayed at almost full capacity!! I know every where is short staffed...but also had to call front desk about lipstick smeared all over wall so I wouldn't get charged for it....housekeeping needs to step it up...cobwebs on light fixtures also...

The staff was very helpful and accommodating let me check a little early and rooms were clean and large. The grandchildren got to swim and I can't tell you how marvelous the Breakfast bar was it had biscuits and gravy, waffles to die for ample coffee. I would stay there again in a heart beat. I enjoyed everything

They did not serve breakfast but you get 10% off at Denny’s next door. The room was surprisingly spacious and just lovely! It even had a closet. The decor was beautiful and there were 2 dove chocolates on the bed😍. Front desk ladies were very nice and helpful! I’m staying there again on my way home!

There are no tissues in the room and I stayed in a ground floor room. When the people upstairs walked,I thought they were in my room! Then they packed up and left at 430 am. It sounded like a herd of elephants. Next time I’m staying upstairs. There’s no elevator

The head housekeeper (male) who found my therapeutic massager , the Mgr on duty (didn’t get his name) , & the young lady the checked us in were all very friendly & helpful overall exceptionally wonderful people. They made my stay great and reason I’d gladly return. Thank you

I’m only complaint is, for some reason I got a room with (what seemed to be a handicap accessible) shower. Wasn’t too fond of open shower floor made for huge flood that I had to clean up with our bath towels. Mainly because the shower hose was shooting water out opposite end from shower head. Which was unavoidable to keep water from going everywhere when you got it coming out 2 opposite angles. But it was manageable and not a big deal. I would still go back only because the staff was so awesome.

Very accommodating staff. Friendly and helpful. The hot water was not hot enough for my tea so I thought I would microwave it. The young man jumped to it straight away and got me a very hot cup of water and replaced the water in the container.

The staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was ok

I suggest getting another waffle maker, there were to many people trying to use the same one and with breakfast ending at 9, it didn't give much time to feed our family.
