I liked the cleanliness. The sink was very unique in design.

When I checked in your front desk clerk was very curt. To the point of being dismissive. I felt like I was bothering him just being there, just being a customer. I had booked online through a third party and he stated that he didn't trust those services. I have an over 800 credit rating. He stated my card was declined (I've had this credit card account for over 20 years). I gave him a different card and it completed the transaction. However, the manner in which this process was conducted seemed very, very "sketch" to me. Is this the best you can do as far as customer service? I don't like staying in a hotel that has management that refuses to treat their customers professionally and with respect.

I came to Springfield the night before surgery at Cox, so cleanliness was my top priority. Very clean. Beds were super comfy!

The AC would only go as low as 65 in our room. I understand they don't want people messing with the temps too much. But I had 2 menopausal women with me that really could have used a cooler night's sleep. 🤣

Very nice accommodations for the price and safe area. We really enjoyed meeting Chris the front desk clerk. He was so friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor! Would definitely stay again!

Not a big deal but may need to lengthen curtains a little bit so light is not coming through at night. People couldn’t see in though, so still safe.

The quality of the room was far better than expected. The service was very friendly, and they did a great job keeping everything clean.

Breakfast selection could've been better. Also, the door locks are slightly out dated, and the card took quite a few tries to unlock the mechanism.

It is totally renovated old motel. When I saw the building I was very disappointed (my husband booked the hotel), but when we opened the door I was shocked - everything was new!!! Very nice surprise!! Also was close to the places we visited. The lady at the front desk was very nice!!! The breakfast area is very nice and clean, too.

The only drawback was a storm swept through the area a few minutes before my arrival. As a result quite about of water was blown under the door of my room resulting in about 6 ft area of carpet soaking wet. I went to the front desk and they gladly gave me 6 extra large bath towels and offered more if I needed them.

Beds may have been a little soft

The attendant at check in wasn’t to helpful when the booking.com reservation was screwed up she said that her info showed we were to pay on arrival when booking.com had already takin our money thru PayPal.

Everything about this place exceeded all expectations. The rooms were clean, and matched the description 100% (ADA compliant) lighting in bathroom was awesome for getting ready!

No complaints about anything

My granddaughter left her favorite stuffed animal and we were home before discovering this.Called them and they went on a mission to find it and they did! Held it for my friend that lived near by and it was mailed back to her.I appreciate the extra effort they put in to find it.ty!

The floors were dirty.We mopped them with wet towels.

The rooms was super nice and updated, the beds and pillows was comfy, the front desk clerk was great!

There was nothing really that I disliked. A bigger tv would be nice, since there is a setting area, it was ways to see. The outside was undergoing renovation. But I’m definitely not complaining about that, everything was kept tidy and crew, once worked started of a morning was virtually unheard.
