The staff was very friendly and went over and above to help us with parking. When we got back to the hotel there were no parking places in the hotel parking lot, we really did not want to park across the street, we were going to park along a curb that was out of the way and the young gentleman working after midnight, maybe he was security, moved his car across the street and gave us his parking place. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options!!

Not enough parking. Vending machines were too high priced. 3.00 for a very small bag of chips was too much

This was a great hotel! The staff was friendly the entire time - from the phone call I made before booking to the time I checked out of the room. Very clean and even the hallways smelled good! The bed was super comfortable and we loved the Gummi Worms!

The only thing that I could complain about was the swimming pool. The area around was very clean but there seemed to be a lot of hairballs floating in the water.

Gummy worms were left as welcome gift and that was a very nice touch. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast in the morning, while very cramped, food choices were great and hot. Pool area was of nice size.

The hot tub jets were very high pressure making the bubbles go higher than our heads. The price for our stay was higher than expected. If you pay by debit card, there is a $50 deposit.

The breakfast was good and all the staff we encountered were amazingly friendly and very helpful. Loved the lay out , look and feel of the lodge.

there was a black dirt ring in the hot tub and pool on the tile in the water. when we pulled back our sheets there was wadded up paper, hair and lint. We were to exhausted from our trip and just brushed it off.

Location was little further off the highway than we would have liked, but not a big deal. Room was very clean and comfortable, but a little dated. Staff was wonderful. The restaurant they recommended was a gem!!!

The info we had did not note that weekend breakfast started an hour later so we were unable take advantage of the included breakfast.

Sabrina at check-in was great. Since there was no microwave in the room, she used the one up front to warm a couple of items for me. Very much appreciated. Room and bed were comfortable. Pool was relaxing. Warm breakfast was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend, and stay at this facility again. Well done.

We had to park across the busy street because there were not enough parking spaces. I felt very claustrophobic in the lobby. The only bathroom available was in the keyed pool area which was very small. Also the breakfast area was tiny also.not enough tables for everyone.

Location: It was down the street from Mercy Hospital (we had to go to see my sister in law). It was a great location to the Bass Pro Shops.

Nothing- But The cafe might need to be bigger to accommodate the guests. It’s small and limited tables.

This was centrally situated and had worked well for us. They are pet friendly and don’t charge exorbitant fees for having them, which is a big plus for us. Nice facilities and a decent breakfast

The staff was GREAT. The rooms were amazingly clean. It’s older, but clean and good location.

The luggage carts/carriers were HORRIBLE! Would not roll. Almost tipped over. They need solid wheels.
