Everything from the room to the service! The bed was excellent!!

The only issue we had was during the night my motorcycle was stripped out in the side parking lot leaving us with having to find a way back home but that's not the hotels fault at all. That could have happened any where even at our own home. But the staff was very helpful getting the police for us. We were supposed to check out at 11am & as we were getting ready to leave is when we discovered the incident with my bike. The staff was very understanding & helpful about not making us leave since we was waiting on someone from home about 5 hrs away to come get us. They have security cameras on the front & the back, didn't see any on the sides. That would have been very helpful if they did, cuz the person who did this could have entered from the side without being seen on cameras.

my husband liked the breakfast. Neither my son nor myself took advantage of eating breakfast that morning. we had a late night booking as we were traveling, the front desk person was extremely helpful very sweet and professional. we had no idea that our room was actually a sweet which was a nice bonus. we were in Springfield Missouri. we have never stayed at a green stay before. and we will definitely be looking to stay at another Green State when we travel.

the furniture was extremely worn however I understand the economy and such. it did not affect the quality of our stay.

Very clean & very comfortable (a great bed!) w/ better hotel room furnishings & all well maintained. Everything in our King room was great! Very relaxing, quiet & comfortable. Cconvenient location with plenty of parking. This was our 2nd time choosing this Greenstay, as we were pleased with our first visit & with a great room rate, we decided to stay again while in Springfield. Very convenient location with access to I-44 & 65 & 60. We definitely recommend!

There are not a lot of station choices on the cable TV, but was ok.

Rooms were clean. Our room, 239, was spacious!

spa out of order, cable machine in fitness center out of order, no ink for printer in business center. Our room did not have complete set of towels and no toiletries, but resolved when we went to ftont desk. Also, room door needs adjustment; slammed closed fast and hard. nailed my arm. Toilet seemed on the verge of clogging; had to flush twice and we were getting nervous. notified the front desk of both issues so hopefully they checked it out.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Bed was unusually comfortable. Room well furnished.

TV did not carry PBS scheduled broadcasts or several other networks. Access to the hotel is rather odd, especially if coming from the east. The street lane divider forces you to drive past the hotel to Moulder and then through the back lots of several other hotels to get to the Greenway. Not much to be done about it now, of course. At least there was a small sign.

Breakfast was great! Staff was helpful and amazing. I arrived before checking after a long flight and 2 hour drive and when I asked if I could check in early they had no problem doing so. I'll be traveling out there again in June and plan to stay there again!

It was a little confusing using the GPS on how to get into the parking lot, but once you've got it ... you've got it! It's easier to find your way in after the first go.

the property was clean & comfortable. free fresh brewed coffee available in the lobby 24/7. staff was super friendly and accommodating, from the front desk folks to housekeeping to breakfast staff! outdoor pool was clean and well maintained. we had everything we needed; tv, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, ice machine, soda machine, snacks reasonably priced. free breakfast which met our expectations-tasty and hot.

noisy kids running and bouncing in the room above us , when I called to report it the front desk staff took care of it immediately! pool too cold to actually swim in.

The front desk staff were very courteous and allowed me to check in a bit earlier. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very nice, they had handicap bars for the toilet and tub, there was a seat in the tub which made my life very easy. They shower hat hot water, which was nice.

The sink didn't have hot water, I was able to use hot water from tub to wet my wash cloth.

Definitely will stay here again. Check in went smoothly, I travel with a 45 lb service dog and she was welcomed with smiles. The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff was acomedating upon any request . I highly recommend this hotel and the cost was more than reasonable I give it 5 stars. There is a basketball court which my husband and teen daughter loved.

I was expecting something older, based on the rate and location, but the hotel seems to have been redone recently, and the modernization is attractive and comfortable. I appreciated the large, well-lit bathroom counter and cleanliness of the room. The animal names/pictures on the room doors were clever and easier to remember than a number. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast had the usual options and seemed to be available for a reasonable amount of time. Overall, this site offered a good value for the price.

Employees were friendly and helpful, but perhaps they are experiencing staffing shortages as there wasn't always someone around when we had a question. At breakfast I noticed an issue with the waffle maker but the only staff member we saw was assisting other guests, with additional guests waiting for help; we went with another breakfast option. Also, was surprised to find no vending machines at all. Not a huge deal as there's a grocery store nearby, but after day-long travel we were hoping for a snack without leaving the hotel.
