We had been to Helena a few other times and honestly had been underwhelmed by the hotels that we stayed at. This hotel stood out from the others for several reasons. First, the location was excellent. We were right by Carroll College, and could walk to the carousel, brewpub, and other downtown shopping and restaurants. Additionally, the hotel had a classic feel. We loved the Great Northern Railroad theme. Breakfast was great and there were even cookies offered in the evening. Finally, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt welcome right away.

There really wasn't anything we didn't like. We just wished we had a little more time there as it was a quick overnight for us.

Staff were attentive and professional, eager to meet every need. Onsite restaurant was excellent in quality and service. Location in the heart of Helena is ideal for seeing the sights. Plenty of no cost parking. Room was clean, neat and spacious. Delicious breakfast included. Good swimming indoor swimming pool for exercise.

Hot tub was out of service.

My previous experience of Best Western hotels have been in the UK where the overall experience has been average with generally tired hotels. However, the opposite was the case at this hotel in Helena. The staff were very helpful the room a really good size and great value for money. There was also a very good sized swimming pool and fitness centre. The general location was good for Helena (just 15 minute walk to the main centre) and there was a nicely kept area just outside the hotel to sit and eat lunch/have a drink.

This was the quitest hotel I've ever stayed in! The rooms were so comfortable and we loved the antiquated mixed with modern decor

The hot tub being out of service was a big bummer but the pool was warm. If there weren't crumbs of something in the pool and around it the entire stay would be 100% rating

we were in the first room next to elevators, very noisy including children running up and down the hallway screaming. surprised given the location to the front desk that this behavior was not addressed

The hotel was perfect for our one night stop. The room was spacious with great toilet. We used the laundry room and gym, and both were great. Specially the gym: really well equiped and accessible. Furthermore, the staff was always keen to help us and the breakfast was very good. It had a lot of options and even (for me very important) a non diary option milk for my coffe. Thanks for that!

This is just for room 119…..noisy, close to vending machines, everyone in the hotel passes the room. The bathroom was small….the bathroom door was 1 inch from the toilet when you open and close it…..yikes.

Justin was helpful and friendly. The location was great. It was quiet. The beds and pillows were not comfortable. The breakfast was not hot and not very good. I appreciated the ride to and from the airport. O

it is a comfortable, clean facility with a great Resturant attached.

a bit speedy compared to other quality alternatives but the Montana legislative session has started so the demand is high.

Breakfast was good. The only facility not in operation was the hot tub, but we are not hot tub people. It was easy to walk around outside the facility and see this part of the city.
