The woman at the front desk was probably the nicest person I've ever encountered at a front desk she was absolutely amazing and made me and my husband who I was there to visit feel very comfortable and right at home! The pool and hot tub area was very clean and relaxing as was the gym and you have great vending machines! Breakfast was excellent and I have to give a shout out to the coolest pancake machine I've ever seen as well lol I I really enjoyed my stay which is why I've already booked you for my next visit!

The staff, to a person, was sincerely pleasant and accommodating. Having stayed in a 5-Star luxury resort in the Pacfic Islands recently, I can honestly say the staff of the Baymont could give pointers to some other hospitaliers. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. In spite of the room being near parked cars and on the ground floor (with guests above us), we spent a nice quiet night. Cookies were available in the evening, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was just fine.

While all was clean, the bathroom could use some updating...or replacement.

Hottub was closed in the morning and there were no towels stocked in pool area. Found pool area to be a bit dirty (hair on floor and filthy towel rack). I also found it odd that when we showed up at 8:30pm she said she almost cancelled the room as my card wasn’t working to charge. My card only works with a pin which is why I selected “pay at property on arrival”. Grateful we still had a room when we arrived.

There's no elevator in this hotel. We arrived a bit later and they did not have the 2 queen bedroom available. My father has knee problems and cannot do stairs. They were able to place us into the king room in the main floor but we had to pay the difference. The pull out bed matress was uncomfortable. The next day we were able to move into the 2 queen bedroom but had to redo the check in after 3pm.

Room was clean, easy to get to, bed was comfortable, close to pool, vending machines, & ice machine, loved it & price was great…good breakfast, we enjoyed our stay, THANK YOU!

TV was very small, windows need replaced, ( Condensation in them ), great to have heat but the room was still almost too warm, I had it set on 66, none of this effected my stay, we will be back…

The checking in and out process was quick and super easy. The people running the front desk were all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great because it provides a variety of different options. The hot tub was amazing and a great way to rest tired muscles after hiking and walking 13.33 miles throughout Mt. Helena and the downtown area in less than a six hour period.

I really have no complaints, but if I must say something, then French toast could maybe be added as an option for breakfast? 😉 Oh, and for people staying multiple days who are not requesting housekeeping maybe tell them where they can throw away their trash.

Room decor was fresh, attractive and looked recently redone. Large room with king bed included a comfortable upholstered chair, work station with large table, computer chair and bright light and food area including great fridge and microwave. Room was quiet with quiet hallways.

Breakfast beverages were crowded into a corner. Placement of less popular items in corner will create space for linear arrangement of food. Kid area would separate adult foods from cereal area with less bumping into each other. The hot food was of a great temperature and appetizing.

First time I was ever handed a plunger when we had toilet problems. No staff enter rooms to clean them for more than one night stay. Had to put our towels and garbage in the hall and take in new ones. Is this just a way to not have to pay staff? Why am I paying to stay somewhere the service is non existent?

Breakfast, room and bed were all excellent. Facility was clean and well-lit at night. Staff were all helpful and pleasant.

One of the units on the 1st floor was occupied by someone who was using the area outside the sliding door as storage for food and beverages. Cigarette buts were scattered in that area.

Breakfast was very good...accommodations were clean and staff very friendly...I have recommended the hotel to others ..

Dog walking area could be better. It was reasonably clean but very small...a fence of some kind because of traffic in the area...computer system reversed my first and last name..
