The motel is dated, but well maintained. The location provides easy access to downtown, the Capitol, and Carroll College. The staff was extraordinarily gracious and helpful. This is probably stellar as a “base station” in the summer, and the restaurants nearby are first-rate.

There is a homeless shelter across the street, and the people who need/use the shelter congregated in the parking lot and on the sidewalk adjacent to the motel. Moving past them was upsetting to my son. Additionally, access to the front desk appeared to be controlled due to the presence of so many homeless people. We understand it’s not the motel’s fault and people need help, but it is a point of concern.

Location and clean friendly people gave me the room I wanted and helped me with what I needed very accountable Again I only stayed one night and they made sure I was taken care of hot tub was something I wanted to do but wasn't sure where it was

Smell of pot was lingering. And my TV had this on again off again stuff. There's not much to say I only stayed one night and it wasn't too bad you advertised a hot tub but there was no mention of it during check in I would have gladly used that

Awesome pillows and perfect location. We stay here every time we come to Helena. Fantastic staff who knocked on our door during the day just to check if we needed anything. Didn't make me feel guilty about asking for things I wanted, like other places do.

Floor wasn't clean under edges or back of bed. Fridge didn't keep things cold.

Great location to downtown and easy access to trails/roads for riding. The front desk guy who checked me in was very nice. He had "rag" towels to give me when I asked, so I could clean my bike from a rainy ride. It was quiet and I got several really good nights of sleep

The toilet seat was loose and kept sliding to the side. The bathroom sink stopper didn't rise up correctly so it was slow to drain and dripped. The tub was also slow to drain but otherwise everything else was good.

Great location right by historic downtown. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious clean room. Good bed. Private parking for our motorcycles right in front of the room. Nice touch with coffee and tea at the reception 24/7.

It was well equipped, clean and quiet. Glacier entrances are just 20 minutes driving. The host is pretty generous too, we love our time in there. Also the duck lake is very close, nice location for fishing too.

Staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Great value!

curb stops too high for parking spaces. Drivers parked 1’ to 2’ back from stops so as not to damage underside front of car. It made parking area tighter

Location is prefect for what I went to Helena for. Staff is always friendly and amazing to us been there a few times.

Room was cold heat didn't work. Tv didn't work. Girl at the front desk tried to fix it and was vary nice about it. It was not like we needed it.
