It was in a good location and the beds were really comfortable. Check-in was quick and the employee working at night to check us in was friendly

There was a large sports group there that took up a lot of the space in the lobby. They had trouble keeping breakfast stocked and half of us didn't get cinnamon rolls as the person working the breakfast area said it was going to take too long to make and because of that it would have gone past breakfast time...we have never had this issue or rudeness at any other Holiday Inn locations.

The hotel room was sparkling clean, large, super comfortable. The young lady at the desk was incredibly nice, helpful and informative. There was convenient parking, and the hotel is a short drive from downtown Helena, which is a charming city full of interesting buildings and activities. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety of foods.

It was really great, though I would add plain yoghurt to the breakfast menu...

Problems with Booking.com. Reservation lost. This is the second time this has happened. Billed more than I was told and billed by Booking.com even though I said I’d pay at the hotel. Very upset. Now have to haggle with Booking.com for billings that were twice what I signed up for. Holiday Inn staff spoke with Bookings.com even after being hung-up on 3 times. Very unsatisfied customer!

The breakfast was good but the breakfast staff was rude. We had been traveling the day before and tiredly woke up to make it to the 10 am closing hour. The staff told us to "hurry up because we're closing in 10 minutes." At 10am, the staff seemed more concerned to feed the housekeeping staff than the paying customers.

The breakfast staff. Train your breakfast staff to appreciate those of us who pay to spend the night and have a pleasant breakfast instead of rushing us through so they can feed themselves and housekeeping staff.

The location of this hotel is good. It was clean and quiet, and the staff was friendly. We had plenty of space. I liked the sticky oatmeal at breakfast and of course the cinnamon rolls.

There really was nothing we did not like. The only small complaint was that we were given a handicapped room. It wasn’t bad, but it felt like we were taking something away from someone else.

They were remodeling so the lobby and common areas were not available. I suppose that is understandable. After all, updating and remodeling is a necessary part of upkeep. But it did make it hard for us to get together as a family and visit.

Best breakfast ever!! Even had almond milk as option! Comfy room with lots of space. Clean and modern. Walking distance to restaurants.

It would be nice to have the suite wheelchair accessible as sometimes families have handicapped not just one bed in handicap room.

We loved everything about the hotel. Great central location and close to the airport. Staff was great!

Hotel is clean. Bed is comfy. Staff are nice. There's a view of the mountain from the hotel.

Location is easy to get to, it's close to the freeway. However, there's no restaurants on it's side but at least the hotel restaurant is open all day. So, we just ate there for dinner. It also has a little bar.

Bathroom sink leaked onto the floor. Checkout was at 12:00 but housekeeping knocked at 11:10 and again at 11:20 which made me feel rushed to leave
