The receptionist whose name I cannot remember, (Kristen I think?) was extremely helpful and kind. She recommended a great restaurant for me to walk to nearby after a long day of driving and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was very nice and clean.

Was paranoid about my vehicles security with so many various homeless people wandering through the cars in the parking lot and setting up camp right next to the hotel. Was approached by people asking for money multiple times. Not the hotels fault however just the nature of it's location.

We did not do any of the breakfast, because we are had breakfast already planned with our relatives that we were visiting in Helena.

The pillows on that king size bed was very bad too small and probably old, it was not fluffy and the carpet could use some deep cleaning. Also there was something like a homeless hang out under a tree to the other entrance of the building, that did not look good in fact it made me very concerned about our vehicle.

The staff were fabulous! My special thanks to Alisha, Scott, and Maria! They were so friendly, kind, and helpful.I think you would be hard pressed to find better, hard-working people anywhere. If we come this way again, The Days Inn will be our go-to hotel.

I'm not a fan of the small pillows that were provided.

Staff was great. Derek worked hard to ensure we had the right rooms. My messages regarding problems with stairs apparently were not received by the appropriate staff in time and he had to work diligently to make it work. We were impressed.

Carpets REALLY need to be replaced,.

Comfortable and fairly quiet. Easy access to hotel and places to eat. Nice to have a fridge in the room. GREAT water pressure.

No elevator. The room could have used more dusting on the heat register and the fridge could have been cleaner.

It was superior to most but lacked a few fresh fruits, and the apple juice was watered down excessively. The utensil dispenser is novel and outstanding from a sanitary perspective. The coffee creamers also were a great amenity. Overall rates as A plus

This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, in the Helena area. The staff were fantastic and friendly, the rooms were clean, the bathrooms were clean.

Parking, we were out late to a friend's party. Came back with nowhere to park! We ended up parking on a yellow line and let the staff know why we were parked as we were. Still super friendly staff at midnight!

Bed was very comfortable. Shower was great! Evening popcorn was fun! Best bang for your buck and we have stayed at several motels in Helena.

Carpet needs replaced, but that seems to be in the works.

Thought there was a pool and hot tub - but only a hot tub. It was nice and nice and the spa area was clean and new quiet. We did have to get towels from the front desk.

.The location is ideal for our journey to Glacier National Park. Bert was delightful and welcoming. The room is clean, spacious and comfortable.

The remote control needed new batteries. The front desk was promptly accommodating with replacements.
