Residence Inn by Marriott Helena

When I arrived I was disappointed by the hotel not having the request accomodations I was told was there during a phone call to the hotel earlier that day. The evening staff when I arrived were great and went out of their way to make sure my stay was great. The next morning at check out the front desk lady turned out to be the person who gave me the misleading information. She was very unpleasant when I called her out on it and would not admit to her mistake. I was highly disgusted in her lousy service. I do plan on returning to the hotel in the future. I hope that front desk associate has had some training in good customer service.

Our room layout was really functional and unique in that it didn’t look like a run of the mill hotel room. The extra space made it really comfortable. It was also very clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. I was impressed by how many oatmeal toppings were offered. We really enjoyed the hot tub after being outside in the chilly weather all day.

Not a big deal but I have stayed at Residence Inns in the past and they would leave microwave popcorn in the room which was kind of a nice touch. I was slightly disappointed to see this was cut out.

Pool and breakfast. room size was fabulous for 2 adults and 2 grandchildren

Very nice breakfast. Also, really enjoyed the dinners and dessert nights on Mon-Wed. Very friendly staff. Great location a block away from the airport property entrance, which was a bonus as one of our group had to fly out early. Beautiful outdoor seating area/fireplace.

Would have liked breakfast hours to go later than 9 am.

The room was closer to an apartment than a hotel. I could have easily stayed there a few weeks. Fun family pool. Amazing breakfast variety

Bright light outside window on building was rather annoying at night, but not a big deal

Wonderful room for our family. Our boy loved the pool. Kitchen is a lifesaver if you have a baby or toddler, and the fireplace was perfect to cuddle up infront of.

Breakfast was awesome-could use some flavored creamer.

Would love a bar/lounge at the facility. Snacks-happy hour each night would be awesome. We were there W-Sun. and snacks were only Wed for us. 😢
