Staff was very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Quiet room. Liked the tv package and wifi. Easy access off the interstate.

I misunderstood that neither the pool or spa were available. Not sure why they have been closed for 2 years (according to front desk staff). The weight room was lacking. Also didn't like the $100 security deposit. First hotel I've ever stayed at with this additional charge (even though it was refunded after)

Perfect location, with easy access from the freeway. Very friendly and helpful staff. Large, clean room with nice kitchenette. Excellent breakfast. Sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, eggs as well as an assortment of cereal and juice. Coffee maker, microwave, and fridge in room. Even let our dog stay with us and had a nice dog area right out the back door. Will definitely stay here any time we are passing through.

It was extremely clean and very spacious. Staff was very friendly and professional. The rates were the best in town for an excellent place to stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I would say it was a bit out dated and could use a face lift but it didn’t have an effect on our stay and we would happily return here.

This is a very convenient hotel right off of I-94. The rooms are very spacious and the king bed rooms have a large kitchenette area that we were not expecting! The continental breakfast was a nice perk.

The pool and hot tub was closed which was a bummer. Someone kept trying to get into our room around 11pm and we had to keep yelling through the door that they were at the wrong room...

Cleanlyness, help from desk lady. She helped with bags up the stairs.

No Elevator it eas veryhard to ho up stsirs gor 2 seniors recovering from cancer. Thankgoodness thedesk lady helped us upstairs.the next day we took some down then ate begore going back up gor second load.

The front desk attendant switched our room from upstairs to downstairs since she realized my elderly mother would have difficulty doing stairs and there was no elevator. She was very nice about it.

The room was located at the end of the hall and the garbage cans where outside the window. When the garbage truck came to pick up the garbage at 7:30 am it sounded like someone was dragging a file cabinet down the stairs. Very loud and disruptive.

This was a gem to find considering the limited options available and the long drive between cities in Montana. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet. The breakfast was good. Front desk clerk was incredibly friendly and helpful. I needed a first floor room and she was able to get me one close to the entrance that met all my needs

It exceeded my expectations

The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very comfortable and the disabled bathroom was excellent and suited my needs. The hot breakfast was one of the best that we have ever had.

Breakfast was delicious. Room was clean and accessible.

There was a boil water order in force. The desk clerk offered to SELL me water. Most hotels, under this type of order would have the water accessible to their guests.

Booking through Booking.com was new to me. The staff was very helpful when I needed to extend my stay through Booking.com making sure I got the right night and not more than I needed.

It would have been even more helpful if the front desk could have extended my stay for the same price I paid through Booking.com.
