Everything about this hotel was awesome. From the fresh pot of hot soup waiting upon our arrival to the made to order breakfast the next morning. Comfortable beds, linens and towels. Super clean! Friendly staff and the best hotel coffee I've ever had. Also offers a pet friendly version located across the street. They even send you off with a goody bag full of snacks in the morning.

A heavier blanket offered in the winter months would be appreciated. I like to keep the room cool at night and use warm blankets to keep warm instead of using a heater.

Evening staff..an elderly gentleman very nice and welcoming😁 told us where everything was in the facility and that there was still some soup left if we were hungry. We had a nice stay even tho water wasn't able to be drank at the time and the lady serving breakfast sounded as though she would rather be anywhere but work. All in all nice establishment and enjoyed our stay.

Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Joe the Desk Manager. The property is very well-kept and the location is great. Rooms were spacious and clean and well-stocked with supplies. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good and the lady serving breakfast interacted playfully with guests. The facility offered sweet personal touches, such as complimentary soup and cookies in the evening and little goodie bags hung on door knobs overnight. Would definitely return to this property!

Friendly greeting to me and I witnessed a friendly decline of a room as they were fully booked. Great staff in the breakfast area with great food. Thoughtful departure gift bag when checking out.

The odor when entering the lobby was a bit harsh. Mixture of pool but something else...possibly a urine smell do it. Once out of the lobby I didn't smell it and didn't smell it in my room.

This is a modern hotel, not in the downtown area, but easy to access. We had one one night, and it worked out perfectly for us. If you are staying longer, you'll like the inside swimming pool, as well. Excellent breakfast efficiently prepared. The owner kindly suggested an excellent restaurant nearby for dinner.

We usually prefer to be in a historic hotel downtown, but this one suited us perfectly for a one night stay, and met all ur needs.

After a long day and then a long drive I arrived at 10:30 pm exhausted. I was Met with homemade split pea soup and wonderful surroundings and service. I awoke to my bill under my door and a bag of treats on my door knob. Breakfast began at 6:00 am and I was surprised to be met with a sit down served hot breakfast that was really good not just something to fill you up. All around plus plus!

The staff was very exceptional,so friendly and fun to visit with. I requested an earlier check-in and the request was met. The hotel is nicely decorated and the breakfast choices are amazing. Something for everyone!

The stay was so enjoyable there wasn't anything to not like. The hotel is beautiful on the outside and inside. The temperature in the room was perfect with the option to open the window

Service was like pre-pandemic standards. They clearly care about their guests and went above and beyond!

The sink is in the same room as the beds which makes it difficult to get ready if others are still sleeping. But the customer service was soooo good this point didn’t matter.

Very clean throughout, comfortable beds and great breakfast. They even offered soup & snacks in the evening! Pool hours were till 11 which is SUPER!! Seriously more hotels should keep it open that late for the adults to relax in the hot tub. Very impressed, definitely stay again!

The room was large, the spa bath was excellent, water didn't get hot but was hot enough to be comfortable. The cleaning staff did an amazing job, they were at the room right after I left.

I was not expecting the water to be so soft, made it a little difficult to tell when the shampoo and conditioner were rinsed off all the way.
