Very clean, house keeping staff is outstanding, free morning paper which is awesome. The front desk staff is wonderful and very friendly. You need something just ask. We had traveled from Texas and stayed at several places and this one is at the top of our list every time we come to Miles City.

The breakfast has kinda gone down hill a little. They have to serve you and the choices are limited. No waffles or yogurt. Everything else was very good. Great bacon and eggs.

Pool temp was perfect.. Friendly helpful staff. Room and facilities were very clean.

One of the two queen beds squeeked when I moved. May need mattress replacement. Informed front desk of issue on departure. Hot tub was not working and has not for some time. We visited hotel in May and it wasn't working then either.

Staff is always friendly and professional. Check in night audit lady was very funny. Great rooms for the price. Continental breakfast if about perfect for a motel. Thanks for a great stay!

Our room keys didn't work the second night. Night auditor was awesome. Reprogrammed our keys for us. One worked the other didn't the second time. I believe the battery in the door was going out. He marked it down for maintenance to look into. Thanked me for telling him. VERY Professional and funny.

It was perfect for a pet friendly stay. Our room was on the first floor right by the exit door and there was no carpet in the room. The front desk staff were so friendly and were clearly dog lovers. We appreciated that the room had a microwave and a mini fridge as well as plenty of space.

excellent breakfast; eggs were plentiful and nicelly cooked. Fruit was plentiful, even after 2 high school teams had been there.

When we called the office around 11:30 pm about the excessive banging noices from the 2nd floor, no one came until around 12:30, when I heard a light knocking on the door. Shortly after, the banging started up again and I should have called the desk again, but didn't.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Good location. Hot water!!

Bed was uncomfortable. No patio as room description stated. Hot tub was empty. Price was expensive for size of the hotel, room and amenities. Room was small having 2 beds in it and bathroom was very small.

There was complimentary soup and water in the lobby at all hours! The breakfast was good.

We asked for a crib and got a rolling bed instead which didn't work for our 1 year old. And by the time we realized the mix up, we were too tired to switch.

Breakfast was very good compared to other hotels.

The maid never cleaned our room. We had to go get our own coffee and cups every evening. Floors were sticky and dirty when we checked in. It was very muddy outside so mud would get tracked in, the maid wouldn’t mop our floors.

I’m allergic to flour and caffeine so was only able to eat fruit and sausage The front desk person was very accommodating and found out that the sausage was gluten free but that the scrambled eggs had flour in them.

The floor was really dirty but everything else was great.

Cleanliness, functionality. friendly staff. easy access to the freeway and very good food and drinks. I love how the dining room and the counter are very clean.

Just our room door it seems like something is missing and won't shot all the way unless you push harder.
