it was clean and quiet, especially for being basically surrounded by a truck stop. the bed was firm but not hard. the room, Queen deluxe, was huge!
the queen deluxe room didn’t have a comfortable chair, it had 2 small wood desk chairs. I was having problems with my back, and a comfy chair would have helped a lot.

This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed at in years, and I stay at a hotel almost every weekend. By far the nicest staff.
Some breakfast options would have made the mornings even better, but the free coffee was great.

We didn't eat breakfast there due to the fact we had to be somewhere very early. But that wasn't the fault of your facility.
The price for staying 2 nights was a bonus. Very affordable and great location for our needs.

Staff always amazing!!! Manager always takes calls & sets me up with nice room...
Would be better if a/c went lower then 65 degrees I'm used to lower temps when I'm sleeping...

Staff was awesome. Room and property was clean.Great value for a pass-rhrough stay and pup was welcome at no extra charge. Rooms don't have carpeting and no shampoo/conditioner or coffee in room. I didn't need or care about that so it was perfect for me.
Side door key lock didn't work, but not a big deal.

To my knowledge there was no breakfast served, only coffee and tea. The room was clean, front office person was very friendly. and the beds were comfortable. My husband enjoyed the stray cats.

the size of the room was smaller than expected. noticed some ants on the floor as well. bring your own shampoo/lotion if you desire.

The front desk receptionist, who's name escapes me, was phenomenal! She was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about her guests and their experience.
I couldn't change the temperature in my room so my room was too cold.

Our stay was quiet and we slept well. The staff was accommodating and meet our needs well.
Nothing that is your fault. The lack of an elevator wasn't to good for my husband but, that's not your fault.

Toilet refill didn't always stop automatically, had to jiggle adjust flush lever to get to stop filling.
