The area seemed safe and we did not get much noise from outside. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We loved the soft cookies available near the service desk. Oatmeal raisin and white chocolate macadamia were my favorites. The send off bag was nice, with a bottle of water, blueberry breakfast wafers, and an Oreo cookie.

There were four of us in a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed. Since one member of our family did not want to share a bed we used the fold out sofa bed. It was lumpy and creaky. We tried to improve this by putting the sofa cushions and extra pillows under the mattress. That helped somewhat, but when two of us used it we tended to roll toward the middle, against each other. I would not recommend using the fold out sofa bed.

The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. Staff was pleasant. When I visit my daughter at UNL these coming yrs I will stay there again.

The last evening the people next to us were extremely loud and entoxicated during the midnight hrs. We have paid the hotel stay in full on the first day of our arrival on a different credit card yet I have not had my funds released of $129.62 back to my account which my cause me to have insufficient funds because I have bills scheduled to pay. I addressed the issue with the clerk the 2nd day of our stay and was told It would be resolved and as of today I still do not have my funds.

This is the best hotel i have ever stayed in while driving across country. It was spotless. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. There were several carts available for taking things to the room. The lobby was nice for sitting with fresh cookies available. It was quiet and had a large grassy area behind the building where I could walk my dog. Breakfast had many options and they gave me a bottle of water for the trip. I will look for this property when I travel again.

Breakfast had a lot of variety. Hotel staff was friendly. Warm cookies available at check in. Water, tea and coffee always available in lobby. Snacks available for purchase. Upon checkout a bag of water and cookies was presented. For a 2 star hotel this was a good value. Location wasn’t bad, about a 10 minute drive to downtown.

The carpet in the rooms should be replaced. They looked old and couldn’t tell if they were dirty.

The Sleep in was clean and comfortable, and our suite accomodated our group of 6 excellently. We arrived late evening, so we appreciated how smoothly check in and getting set up in our room went. The breakfast was great. The sign said that breakfast closed at 9:00, but they continued to serve people past that time. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or other facilities, but it all looked good.

It was a little more off the beaten path than I expected, but it was close enough to everything. The hide-a-bed in our room wasn't very comfortable, but I've only slept on one comfortable hide-a-bed in my life, so that's the norm in my experience.

Can not say enough good things. We had gone out for dinner the night before we checked out so I hid my wallet with all my credit cards, checks and a substantial amount of money. We left early the next morning and after driving approximately 250 mi. we stopped at a rest stop and I looked in my purse for my wallet. It was gone. We searched the car to no avail until I remembered where I left it We could not turn back as we were going to Denver for our Son's wedding. I had torn up the receipt so I didn't have the number to call When I finally got it I called and the lady at the front desk told me the Maid, Camilla had found it and returned it. The front desk lady who put up with my initial "This is an emergency" and Camilla are in my deepest debt and are to be rewarded for honesty which is often missing in today's society Thank you so much.

Very friendly welcome. Cookies offered, such a complete surprise. Free breakfast. Thank you bag at checkout. Beautiful and clean facility.

This is probably not popular opinion, however, my party were smokers. It would be nice to have some seating outside in a designated smoking area rather than having to stand there.

really great friendly staff specially the 2nd shift receptionist on Sunday Monday Tuesday I think name was molly but not sure excellent breakfast buffet the whole stay was best experience we have had

THE BEDS WERE AMAZING - most comfortable bed in a hotel I have seen in a very long time!!!! Honestly, I wish I could have slept in but had a schedule to keep. Our room was spacious and the carpets were very clean too (something I always look at). The breakfast was awesome! So many choices - delicious waffles, eggs and sausage - hot & cold cereal - fresh fruit - toast bagels & sweet bread - yogurt and several drink choices. Dining area was clean and attendant was very friendly.

Cannot say there was anything to complain about. The reception area was clean. The breakfast room was orderly. The business area organized. Elevators were clean & fast. Ice was plentiful and self-serve food options for purchase were plentiful.

Room was spacious. Location is convenient. Comfortable easy chair as well as desk and office chair.

Electric outlets were not conveniently located. There were no usb outlets. Lighting is inadequate in part of the room.
