Great price. The refrigerator and freezer were full size. The electric stove and vent hood worked well, there was plenty of space in the room, the bathroom was large and comfortable. Cable TV was included and the included Wi-Fi was reliable worked well.

Unfortunately, they don't seem to have enough employees so if you need anything from someone that works there (checking in, checking out, keycard needs to be reprogrammed, etc.) it will take a while for somebody to come to the front desk. The people that work there are very helpful and friendly, they just seem understaffed.

We will be using it again . It worked for what we needed and needed to bring my dog..

I didn't realize I booked a smoking room and that smoking smelling hallway but my husband smokes so he didn't mind b. But next time I will reserve smoke free floor

It felt like a home. Staff felt like part of the family. I also felt secure with my keycard, which is needed just to enter the building. Though it is a hotel; for long term stay they do keep prices lower than others. If there was any problem with an unruly guest, they would address it. But that was never seen. All the people here need a place to sleep and my encounters were courteous and friendly.

Occasionally heavy feet on floor above me or a door shut loud, but that cannot be helped and I understand. This is a huge box for people to sleep,eat,and shower...it happens.

Location and price were great. It's close enough to the business and food choices but far enough away to be quiet. The staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were quiet.

It is set up to be a long term stay so there was not a couch and only a double bed. But did have a kitchenette. Just a few little things (the toilet ran all night and the room beside us had a smoker and the smell came into our room through the bathroom vent)

Great staff!!! They were very helpful. Shad was my absolute favorite. He was very knowledgeable about the hotel, the amenities, and made sure my stay was very pleasant. They don’t have a lot of riff raff in there either…mainly workers. Very quiet. Shad deserves a raise.

I like pets but accommodations for this type of business segment shouldn't be reserved for pets. The first room I was shown had a peculiar odor. The staff's comment: I've broken my nose so many times, I can't smell anything anymore. Definitely, not a strong selling point or comment to make.

The full refrigerator & cooking range saved us from having to eat out rooms was spacey & pets was allowed.

The wifi was hit & miss

I was in the middle of the hotel, so I didn't hear all the interstate noise.

Since I had never stayed with you before, I was happy there were towels in the room and I had all my body wash and shampoo with me. A very minimal approach. If you are renting these rooms out, it would be nice to have at least soap in the room.

Rooms were nice and clean and cozy. Bed was comfortable and after my work shifts it was quite and peaceful so i could sleep staff was very helpful when needed will stay here again.

Everything was great

The staff are nice and amazing willing to help in anyway they can pet friendly and quiet.
