Great location and room. The conservatory. The restuarants. The front desk agent Tyrone Hill was super helpful and kind.Gave us a rose and stayed and talked for half hour !!

The hotel allotted us our room.By the time we reached the room after a 5 hour flight and 8 hours from room to room-the keys did not work. They had allotted our room to someone else. This was bad !! They gave us a new room.Down from 19th floor to 6th.But from backside to fountain side. But we found the bathroom smelling.Housekeeping told us the pipes run adjacent and this is an issue. So we changed the room the next day again. This wasnt a good service-but the front desk were helpful.

The view of the fountain and the strip was fantastic - I'm glad we paid the extra for this (although the novelty did wear off, so it might not be for everyone and you may prefer to spend the extra money on something else). The pool was fantastic; we opted to pay the extra for a Cabana for the day - this was a significant extra cost, but I don't think we could have spent the whole day by the pool without it due to the intense sun and heat so we felt it was worth it. The decor and styling of the hotel is very elegant.

I didn't like that you had to walk through the casino to get anywhere - it's basically a casino with bedrooms attached, but that's the same for most Las Vegas hotels. While it is to be expected that anything purchased in the shop or snacks from the room will be expensive - I was quite surprised at how expensive it was ($24 for a bottle of water and $22 for a packet of nuts in the room; $18 for a pack of Tylenol in the shop).

Enjoyed the perfect location and also the amenities offered.

Room seemed clean. I can tell the carpet on the floor wasn’t vacuumed properly. Seems dirty and could see what’s dropped on the floor was not cleaned up. Also, should be well explained if you USE a DEBIT CARD there is an $150.00 EXTRA CHARGE PER YOUR ENTIRE STAY ON TOP OF TOTAL PRICE. ITS UNFAIR AND NOT TOLD TO CONSUMER LIKE YOU HAVE IT HIDDEN!! I CAN ONLY IMAGINE WHO GOT EMBARRASSED OR HAD TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY BECAUSE OF THIS HIDDEN EXTRA DEBIT CARD FEE$$.

The room was great and we loved the huge walk-in shower. The view of the strip and the fountains was terrific.

At check-in they should have asked us if we had parked in the garage and given us free parking. At check-out I asked about validation and she said they don't validate and we'd have to pay for parking. Then we heard the cashier next to us tell her customer that parking was free for guests. Then our cashier asked us to wait a minute, and she went to another station and came back in a minute with a card to use when we exited the parking garage. She said parking would then be free. I would think that parking in the garage is a common thing and should be handled a little better.

Location Decor Ambience Vibes Touch of luxury Cleanliness Size of room Soft skills of staff

No Kettle, No water. It is ethically wrong to charge $305 for the room and additional $40-59 on the resort charges, and not provide even the basics. The hotel wants water to be bought from them at exorbitant cost and coffee @12$ from their shops on the lower floors. It's cheating and extreme capitalism. Time for the hotel management to introspect. Earn money fair and square and not by fleecing the guests.

My mom stayed as a gift from me for her bday. She loved the beautiful room and views.

The restaurant where you have dinner and see a show cost her about $500 for her and hubby. Unfortunately the prime rib she ordered was completely raw and she couldn’t eat it but didn’t want to complain or send it back. She’s elderly over 80. The rest of their dinner was great. But she left hungry.

The gentleman who checked us in.. Southern Bald Afro American.. He is a national treasure.. when he heard that we were on our honeymoon he went and gave me (husband) a rose.. He then told a heartwarming story about the marriage of his parents.. We will cherish that story forever.. Please give that man a raise because he is a national treasure! Room was excellent casino and pokerroom was great.. If we win the lottery we will come back for a longer time!

The Buffet was for dinner ok-ish.. Compared to the Bachanall buffet it is nowhere near its quality.. It was one of the cheapest (70$/pp) restaurants to eat at the Bellagio itself.

We come to this hotel every year; the location is fantastic. It is central. The fountain view is fascinating every time I visit. The room was renovated, but I liked the previous bathroom style more. I think this hotel is the best in Las Vegas and i will keep going there hopefully.

Although the room was renovated, there was a bad smell coming from the toilet, and it made the room smells bad. Plus we didn't get a satisfactory fountain view room, on the other hand, our room was far down the hall and on a very high floor. (we tried with the receptionist, but it didn't work). Also, we didn't feel any special as it was our university celebration and the hotel didn't make any kind gestures...
