The hotel is stunningly beautiful and immaculately clean. The pool was lovely and staff by the pool were friendly and attentive. The valet and bell desk staff were fantastic, and do helpful. The location of the Bellagio is perfect, slap bang in the middle of the strip and is an iconic place to stay in Vegas, all in all we had an amazing time!
We didn’t feel like we had the personal service from staying in one of the best hotels in the world. The desk staff were quite dismissive, impatient and cold, and didn’t make us feel like valued guests at all. The mini bar was an absolute joke cost wise and there was only a small space to put personal items in the fridge. Bottled cold water was $25 per bottle!!! There was also no kettle or facility to make coffee in the room, everything had to be paid for, I needed to sterilise something so had to explain that in order to get a kettle. Otherwise it costs $12 (plus tip) for a little hot water. Which again, is a joke. We payed more than enough to stay there, the least they could do is include a few items from the mini bar and allow access to free hot and cold water and coffee.

Just a beautiful hotel In a fantastic location actually its a work of art. Its is the jewel in the crown on the strip.
These may not matter to most but no in room coffee or tea making facilities ie a kettle was a let down, and not having enough room in the fridge to store drinks was inconvenient. The second was no daily water in room Was a let down for such a prestigious hotel. Lastly a tad of mix up upon leaving with the staff member less than courteous was a shock just asking a was not met with a genuine pleasant response in our instance.

It’s a gorgeous hotel, very stylish. The Cirque show was incredible, and the fountains are great.
My main gripe is a problem with many high-end hotels in the US and that is the extortionate charges made for breakfast. There is no official breakfast area but 2 restaurants open for it. We tried Sadelle’s 1st and that set us back $75 for 2. Pretty outraged we went to the Buffet next morning. Yes, all you can eat, and yes stuffed full with everything you can think of and lots of stuff you never would, but $120 for breakfast? It’s madness. Suffice to say we made other arrangements for the rest of our stay. The Michelin starred restaurants within the Bellagio are also wallet-bustingly expensive.

Room in spa tower was spacious and nicely designed. Lovely bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Comfortable bed and quality linen. Pool area was fantastic - a real oasis behind the hotel. Gorgeous plants. Found the staff to be helpful.
No tea or coffee making in Room which understand is standard for LV but means a long walk first thing in the morning to get one. The hotel public areas can get very busy as anyone can use them so sometimes you feel you are battling against the crowds even though you are staying there. Long queues at the check in desk.

In a great location! Strip view, Bellagio fountains view and also mountains view. There is a little breakfast place, cheese danish was the best I’ve ever ate!
Water pressure is weak in the shower, refrigerator is full of drinks and alcohol, but there is no room for guest belongings in that refrigerator. All the mini bar items got sensors, so be careful, do not take it out the place if you are not going to use it. Had to pay for parking $18 every day, it should be free for guests that stay at Bellagio. Buffet was $79.99 per person - it wasn’t worth the money. Small buffet, cold food, just very disappointing for the price we paid. Eat somewhere else.

Lovely Hotel, nice room, great location
We were made to wait until after 3pm to get in the room, no effort was made to get us in any earlier, and we were not contacted to advise that the room was ready despite the lobby having both our email and cell numbers, we were very tired that day after a long journey, some help from the Hotel would have been appreciated, other Hotels we have stayed in have been a bit more accommodating. Also no tea or coffee in the room was inconvenient.

Easy check in and out . Fountain show at front of hotel. Comfy bed .
It certainly didn't have the opulent feel it portrays. Was crowded, busy, loads of people in foyer that weren't paying guests. There to see various parts of the hotel ie fountain show, and chocolate fountain, and flower displays. Personally I think they should create a guest only entrance so not to get swept up in the crowd.

The view of the fountains and strip.
Unfortunately only 1 pool was open when we were lead to believe only 1 pool was closed. The rest rooms next to the only pool that was open were closed on the last day with no notice or reason given and even some staff did not seem to realise. A 24 hour coffee outlet close to the spa tower would be helpful as there are no kettle facilities in the room.

October 2023
the lady at the reception was very friendly and kind to us (agreed to change our suite due to outside noise); walking through the hotel and particularly its lobby area is an experience in itself (we liked it more than the other top-notch hotels on the Strip); loved the pools and the hot tub; loved our corner suite in the Bellagio tower with great views over the strip and the fountains (partially) as well as the pools and the sunset over the highway; loved the bathroom with the hot tub; great and reasonably priced valet parking
it should be made more obvious for first-time guests that the hotel has in fact 2 buildings (the Bellagio tower, aka the main building, but also the Spa tower, which is smaller and slightly behind the Bellagion tower). We were first given a corner suite in the far end of the Spa tower only to realize that it was overlooking a huge parking lot and that the neighboring building had a couple of huge fans on its roof which made a permanent noise (we eventually managed to move to a different suite--this time in the Bellagio tower--though we lost the Strip view).

Great location
During my stay at the hotel, I encountered several issues that affected my overall experience. Firstly, I was not allowed to use the fridge until I paid a deposit, which had to be done with a credit card as cash was not accepted. This policy was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a coffee machine and a kettle for hot water. To have access to hot water, I was required to pay either $54 or $26 for just four cups, which I found to be excessively overpriced. These factors combined made my stay less comfortable than expected.
