nicely done, room nice , plenty to do recreation wise

the website said it had jetted tub in the mini suite, it wasn’t true, it was my wife anniversary so I now she like jetted tubs, so I chose this room, also I ask for chocolate covered strawberries, didn’t get them but some other sweets, also the champagne came really late so no surprises there, also there isn’t room service. I was charged $50 a day for 3 days was supposed to be refunded at check out, it didn’t happen, the manager never gave me the breakdown bill. I did receive a $100 discount , because the jetted tub was disconnected in all the rooms, but wasn’t mentioned on the description, so the total was to be $150 plus 100 = 250. I tried to call back but always left on hold a few times or just hung up on, and this is supposed to be a 4star hotel more like 3 .

the breakfast was not included. The price of the breakfast was low and the food was absolutely wonderful. We could not have asked for a better breakfast.

Breakfast choices were wonderful, met my husbands hearty style and my diet needs. Location was great beautiful river view, easy walking distance to all of down town attractions.

I just wish downtown would clean up their area, too many homeless and unsavory people walking around at night and hollering at us. Made us a little nervous, so we spent more time in Midtown.

Great location and exceptionally clean. Great coffee shop in the lobby. We had two pets (small dogs) with us and this hotel has absolutely spotless carpets with very short fiber so no worries about odorous hotel carpet providing an invitation for “marking” accidents to your pet. The hotel itself is nicely detailed inside and out. We had a king room with shower only. Very spacious with more than adequate storage space for luggage. The outdoor pet areas are well maintained and resourced. The Valet staff was fantastic. Really the nicest visit I’ve had and I travel with my pets a lot.

This is not really a property complaint but Reno needs to do something about the homeless people sleeping around on the river walk sidewalks and camping overnight down by the river and in the city park. I was afraid to walk my dogs anywhere because of the panhandling. Luckily the hotel had adequate areas to walk my dogs on the hotel grounds.

Breakfast was generally good, loved the view. Server was excellent. Loved the artwork and decor. All staff were very nice and well trained.

Bed had a lump in the cent, room 506. No black tea available. Terrible shower. Shower head very tall and hard to operate.. Plastic non opening door was so close to the toilet it impedes operation. Not enough towels since they do not service the room we had wet towels, not good.

we booked this property as it’s access to airport for a early morning flight. Rooms were neat and staff were welcoming.we loved the food at shore a must try actually.

wish they had 2 bed room options.

Staff made it worthwhile. Food was very good! The room was nice.

No one's fault and I meant to say something at checkout but forgot. The set screw on the temperature control on the shower faucet was missing and the handle came off. We were able to place it back on with no problem and take a shower.

Staff was friendly, professional and helpful, from front desk to housekeeping. The hotel is beautifully maintained and the room was modern and comfortable. 5 stars!

the bed and linens were so comfortable. The room was large and well decorated. We lived staying here!

The hot tub was closed. The bathroom floors can get very slick and the towel rack was far always from the shower.

We booked over the Valentine’s weekend during COVID. Overall the hotel was lovely, we stayed on the 4th floor with River views and booked at the Spa, which luckily for us was on the same floor. We had dinner at The shore room and the service and dining experience were top notch. I forgot to make breakfast reservations but they still made us break and we just had to pick it up not a problem at all.
