The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was nice and spacious as well. The hotel is in a great area and the Midway area is fun for everyone to enjoy. We liked that you need your room key to access your floor in the elevators. I think it's a good security feature. Plenty of parking was available. The housekeepers were very nice and would come by to ask if we needed anything.
On one of our nights there the occupants in the room next door had very loud music playing for several hours during the night. Another thing too was that it looked like the housekeepers hadn't cleaned out the refrigerator from the previous guests' stay. There were leftovers in the fridge left behind. We disposed of them ourselves.

My room was nice, and the staff made sure my friend and I were on the same floor only a couple rooms away. The casino was clean and staff was friendly. I do have to say that your security staff was also great. I lost my phone when I was playing the slots, and he looked through his computer to see if it was turned in but, it wasn’t and he didn’t stop there he looked at the lost and found at the silver legacy also but with no luck finding it. That’s when he got a call on the phone and they told him there was a phone in the drawer that a housekeeper had found while cleaning the machines in the casino. The phone was mine. I like the fact that this gentleman didn’t give up looking for it.
Not enough restaurants open late night. We were there to bowl the USBC tournament and when you bowl at 9:30 pm when you get done you tend to want food. How come you can get alcohol 24 seven but not food and I mean good food not the fast food like pizza and burgers.

Huge, clean room on the 20th floor with fantastic views. Extremely comfortable bed and the pillows were perfect! I really enjoyed the entertainment on site including the carnival games, crane games, arcade games etc, and there was plenty to choose from food-wise too. The ability to walk seamlessly indoors through 3 huge interconnected hotels / casinos was really neat. Fantastic location downtown with the motor museum and some attractions within walking distance. Good sized toilet, not one of those weird tiny ones Ive sat on so many times on my US trip! Great wifi signal.
The place is so huge that it's quite confusing at first since I had to park in one building, then walk (with luggage) to another building, then my room was another long walk away to another building since the monorail wasnt working. A far cry from the small motels where you park right at your door! Be prepared to do a lot of walking during your stay here. The shower head was like a high powered sputtering garden hose. I had to use earplugs on my 2nd night as there was what sounded like a large group of shrieking, cheering women doing karaoke at 12:30am really loudly somewhere on my floor. IIt's not the hotels fault - just bear in mind that you might not have an especially peaceful stay if inconsiderate people like that are staying near you. Reno on a weekend I guess!

Large room. Comfortable bed. Texting option for requesting services or more towels - yay! Responsive, I liked it.
The room's air conditioner was noisy. I don't recall being told that housekeeping was every other day. It would be nice to know that. . . I was able to request fresh towels on my non-cleaning day. Although it wasn't important for me, the route to get from Hotel Reception to the Sky Tower was wonky and confusing, especially if you had any physical limitations (or were pushing a stroller!).

Clear signage to navigate to our room. one of the comfiest beds that I’ve stayed in. second time there and we will continue to use them.
nothing specific comes to mind other than the bathroom door in the hallway required your room key to access but they were locked on top of that. such a big place to walk to everything but easy to find overall. there could be more of a response to the check in counter than just 2 people with a huge line waiting. we tried to check in using the kiosk and it just told us to get back in line to see a counter person. very frustrating!!

We stayed here for one night whilst visiting Reno to see the sights including the fantastic National Automobile Museum. We don't actually gamble but stayed here as the hotel location and price was good. Our room was lovely, clean and spacious. The bed really comfortable and shower lovely and hot. We dined that night at Cafe Central in the adjoining casino as nothing much seemed to be open in ours. You access the other venues walking internally through from one casino to the next, not having to go outside. Food was lovely there - nice big serves, good friendly service and very tasty food. We enjoyed wandering around looking at the sights and sounds of the casino, including the big ornate mining tower inside. Overall, we did have a nice restful overnight stay here.
Check in took a while as there was a bit of a queue, but the staff manning the desk were very friendly and helpful. There were no room trolleys for guests, should you wish to take your own possessions from your car to your room and not use the bellboys. The TV in our room worked well but did not have much free movie choices- more choice would be better. The walk from the parking garage to our hotel tower was fairly long, and a bit confusing for us- we got a bit lost the first time.

I like that there was an arcade and restaurant in the casino
I didn't like the check in process because it was hectic. The machine didn't work when you put in your confirmation number and that there was only one staff member to help. There should be a sign that says "try your ID if your confirmation doesn't work". Everyone there had the same issue, so the process of checking in took longer just trying to get help. When there is only one staff member helping everyone at the machine. Please address this.

I loved Circus Circus Reno! We also stayed at circus Circus Las Vegas and by far Reno circus circus is the newer, cleaner hotel part(at least the rooms we had) But, the casino in Las Vegas is better, cleaner, brighter and bigger! Don’t get me wrong_ we played in the casino at Reno Circus Circus for hours. We ordered pizza and had the best delivery girl. Overall, A very fun stay in Reno!
The wheel chair 'elevators' seemed to be a last minute thought but they got my son up to our rooms so that's what counts!

In general it was clean and pretty spacious and price was good. And very glad there was a vacancy on short notice.
No microwave in room no fan in bathroom floor didn't seem as if it was vacuumed. Housekeeping came into our room and started cleaning before we had our suitcase out of the room we walked in and a young guy was making our bed which I didn't see any dirty sheets anywhere so I'm not sure the sheets were even changed! But he shouldn't of entered when our belongings were on the bed he said sorry as soon as we walked in so he was fully aware it was there.

Room was nice, shower was great! Lots of water flow. Great to have a nice shower to flood your head in the morning.
The towers shuttle was down due to weather?!? Makes zero sense, it was beautiful and sunny not overly hot or cold…. makes for a long walk down halls and up stairs with luggage and to go back and forth to the casino… Kinda sucky! All on line booking is very misleading! Almost a scam! They lure you in with a great rate then sideswipe you with a $42.00 resort fee!
