Great Breakfast, Great Staff

Needs updates , toilet handle broken , toilet wobbly , broken curtain , lack of outlets ( for laptops etc) housekeeping never came to our room for freshening up , had to ask for fresh towels , need more than one ice machine , set up for breakfast should be placed back end where empty bar is , need two waffle batter stations ( not just the waffle makers ) upon arrival table in room had crumbs on it and the chairs , rooms are dark even with lighting and curtains open

Staff went out of their way to help us when we had a question or any issues. We did not have any major issues. Just a little problem with the heating / cooling system and the staff explained what to do. The controls were in a different location in the room.

They were closing down breakfast before the 10 AM cut off. We got there at 9:30 AM and everything was gone and they were shutting down. The staff went into the kitchen and cooked for just for us since it was still before the 10:00 AM cut off.

Liked the different food options for breakfast and the effort made to keep food (muffins, bread, bagels, etc) individually wrapped!! I also like that the hotel is close to different restaurants and that it is less than a 10 minute drive from Hampton Beach.

Had an issue with the TV remote for the room. It just stopped working. Thought it may have needed batteries. Had to go to front desk more than once about it because none of the replacement remotes we were given worked when we got back to the room. Even the remote the Front Desk staff member brought to our room herself wasnt programming to our room TV. Staff member had to finally go and get a "master" remote. Also, we had to keep asking for fresh face towels / wash cloths. There was always a wait. Then the last request wasn't filled. Face towels were never brought to our room.

The room was trerrific - very comfortable and close to the beach HOWEVER, at over $300 per night we thought there should be more "sound proofing" to prevent the 'bangs' and 'bumps' from other guests that would often wake us at night time.

Breakfast over the top. Carlos t was an added bonus. Working very hard to keep everyone happy. He was truly running constantly on the weekend. Food was good and fresh.

Carpet is severely worn. First impression air in hotel was muggy. Turns out, our room was directly across from the pool. After staying a week, we found we enjoyed the hotel, and the privacy.

Very nice layout to the building. Quiet location but near lots of things to do. Very kind and friendly staff. Good waffles. Nice pool. Ample parking. The room was very nice with Comfortable beds.

One of the blankets had white stuff (clay?) on it. Alerted the front desk and they apologized and the staff brought us a new blanket right away. This did make us question the cleanliness but everything else seemed well cleaned.

Staff are excellent.

At arrival we got room 162 and when we got in the bathroom there was urine on the side of the toilet boll. They changed us to room 164 but the AC was not working we were getting hot air. Then they cleaned room 162 so we can move back into that room.

90% of the staff was great , friendly and helpful. Especially morning breakfast guy, Carlos. He made the breakfast wait more enjoyable.

minimal staff, so to compensate, they dont clean the rooms during your stay. we were 5 people in the room, so we paid to use the guest laundry dryer to dry the shower towels on 2 occasions.

The room set up was perfect for our family. It was spread out enough to be comfortable without feeling cramped. The table was perfect for eating in the room and two tvs were a nice touch for the adults and kids.

Some aspects of the room were a little difficult. The drain in the shower did not work properly so that every time we took a shower the tub would fill with water. The sink in the bathroom had a similar issue the last time we stayed.

We enjoyed the pool . Breakfast was awesome! There was so many wonderful choices to choose from. The front desk lady happily changed us to a 1st floor room . We will definitely come back!

The only drawback was trying to figure out the TV remote . We ended up just punching in numbers . Maybe directions could make it easier for the next person?
