After all the bad reviews i was expecting the worse. Our room was fantastic. It was clean. They came everyday of our 5 day stay and cleaned our room and gave us new towels. Hampton hotels are not big and fancy and when you choose to come to hampton beach you know that. The location is perfect. We had a balcony. Was nice to hang our beach towels out to dry. We had a fridge which is great when traveling with kids. There was nothing to complain about.

Location was perfect, ease of parking. Pool was super clean. Staff very helpful. Bed, super comfortable. Efficiencies were excellent, brand, new, and all functioning properly a normal size fridge, a smaller apartment stove with oven, new microwave, new countertop, and new sink in the kitchenette. The person tending all of the flowers flowerbeds and gardening was spectacular. I have never seen such a beautiful array of flowers displayed at this resort. 

This property needs a huge renovation.  it appears they have started, but our room number 57 was lacking in trim, fresh lighting the ceiling near the bathroom appears to have sunken due to a leak in the upstairs room. It was a Band-Aid repair job. Every outdoor piece of furniture was crusted in rust with sharp and bevelled edges ready to rip your skin apart.

The location was great, close to beach and shops, and to the Seashell Stage for nightly concerts. We loved having a small balcony, and appreciated the coffee maker, microwave, & small fridge. Coffee was available for the machine. The bathroom and main room were clean. All in all, I would love to return.

There are a few things that need repair at the hotel. It is a large hotel, with several buildings, so I believe it is hard to keep up with maintenance. The issues we had were reported to office and they did their best to fix things. I was disappointed that the office is closed from 10 p.m. to 10 a.m., this meant checkout is done by dropping keys off, with no chance to see any staff, and any issues after 10 p.m. went unheard. I did love having a 2nd floor balcony, but because parking for our building is underneath, 2nd floor means 3rd floor walk-up.

great location close proximity to the strip, beach. easy check in/out staff were friendly/helpful parking was easy no hidden fees balcony w/ a great view overall great place to stay, affordable, would book again in the future.

Collected my 200$ security deposit in cash, then returned it to my debit card. Which wouldn't have been an issue had I not needed the cash to get back home. Guy at the front was super polite and I told him it would be okay to return the money to the card , because I like to keep things simple. Just so long as it would go through by the end of the day. It did not , it came after 24 hours. I guess technically this is my fault for giving the go ahead, but would have much rather just had my deposit returned in the same form it was given. cash is king ! Despite this the staff had great hospitality would recommend !

Location is great, as it's located on the first few streets of Hampton Beach, you can get in and out of town whitout running into the usual seaside traffic. The beach is less than 3 minutes away from your room and that's also great. Friendly staff all around, free parking and pools aren't too busy. It came in real handy to have a few utensils, plates, pots and pans at our disposal.

The rooms don't seem to have much air circulation as our beds were humid and it was impossible for us to dry our swimwear. Beds aren't so confortable, you get what you pay for!

The staff was very accommodating. Our first room had some issues and they upgraded us for a great value. We were so happy at the way we were treated. We also hung out on the patio all night, and no one bothered us or told us our talking and laughing were too loud. We had some extra guests during the day to swim and the staff didn't give us issues for the extra kids at the pool.

Our toilet didn't flush, and we had to use a bucket to flush. The oven did not work. One bedroom did not lock. We were so grateful for the upgrade and kind staff these things did not matter to us. Our whole crew had a great vacation!

The staff was very nice. The building is old, but comfortable. Decks and stairs really need repairs before someone is injured. Sliders need work, very hard to lock and unlock the sliding door, and is not very secure. But our stay was just fine. I would stay there again if the price was just a little less due to the need of repairs. We were on the 3rd floor, so I have no information on the rest of the building.

The location was great. The check in was quick and we were able to get in our room early. Everything in the room was just as described. The pools were great for my granddaughter which she utilized because of rain. We would definitely stay here again.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The outside lights did not come on until after 9pm and the stairs felt very unsafe however it did seem like they were doing some renovations as part of the wood was being replaced with the vinyl decking..

I loved the location of this property! We parked our car for free and it did not move until we left 2 days later! You can easily walk every where. Be sure to check out the Flamingo Cafe for coffee in the morning! We also loved the mini kitchen in our room and watching the fireworks from our deck!

The stairs/railing/deck is aging and needs to be repaired.

location was fantastic. covered parking was nice. room was comfortable. pool looked awesome but babe let me drink too much at the beach and i passed out around 730 before i could take a dip, which in hind site was probably for the best.

The area leading to the bathroom and the bathroom itself were both pretty rough. I would imagine it probably needs a remodeling at some point in the future, but it didn't really affect my stay. It was actually exactly what I expected for a beach hotel.
