The hotel was super clean.

I got a message that the pool and gym were closed before my stay. I looked to find a different hotel but would have been charged a $300 cancelation fee. We decided to just stay without the amenity that we chose this location for. When we got there, everything was open. Booking is the one that sent the message and never replied to my guestions for 5 days. We had to go buy clothes we would have packed, hadn't the false message not been sent. THIS IS NOT THE HOTELS FAULT IT FALLS ON BOOKING

Location/cleanliness/bar&grill on premises.

1.Pillows were extremely uncomfortable for sleeping purposes. Honestly don't know why Hilton Garden has selected such a product for its property and its customer. 2. Shower handle was either in "lukewarm" mode or dangerously scalding mode- neither of which is ideal for a safe shower.

Very easy to get to and situated with walking distance of a chain restaurant; everything was modern with a nice big lobby. Nice experience and they allowed an extra hour on checkout.

Staff was a bit tired (we are in a staff shortage right now, so i give credit); recommend getting the breakfast as part of the room as it was expensive for what we got. Its COVID, so the bar/restaurant hours were limited.

Comfortable room clean friendly staff.

I requested for the room to be clean and when we came back to the room the door was still open but nobody was in it. Our door to the bedroom got stuck so you had to pull it shut. Thankfully nothing was missing.

The room was just plain nothing to cheer about the bathroom was very small. The room was very plain The blind was broken fixtures in the bathroom rusted. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Perfect location right off the highway. The lobby area room was very clean & inviting. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Breakfast choices were good too.

The morning front desk was not friendly. They didn’t even make eye contact to speak.

The facility was clean, spacious room and look modern .

I evidently did not read the unorganized flyer to well. The man at the front desk told me the flyer clearly states that room service was upon request. I never asked for room service. I just think he should have figure out to respond in a more professional and courteous way as the customer. I only asked for a roll of toilet paper.

I loved how nice and modern it was. The proximity to my NJ office location. I also enjoyed the coffee which was pretty good. I loved the outdoor space. The ample seating areas were great, eat in doors, outdoor, which ever you prefer. Everything was super clean and nice. Staff was great!

The grill didn’t have many food options but wha they have is good. The chille is the best and there’s a TGIF right outside. The breakfast was good and so were the options.

Pool and hot tub was a great temperature. Beds and pillows were great. Big rooms.

Overall nothing to say negative

The room was really nice and spacious. I felt like they had been cleaned well and stocked well. Expectations were clear.

I think there were some really loud guests nearby which made sleeping a little difficult.
