The room was clean and a very good size. The bed and pillows were comfortable too. Roosevelt was very kind and friendly during our stay. We felt like we had known him for years. Maybe he would have allowed us a late checkout.

The AC unit was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. The indoor pool area was a sauna. The temperature in the pool area needs to be regulated for non-swimmers to enjoy the seating area. A later check out time couldn't be accommodated for our needs. We were at a sporting event and needed to return for showers before our return flight across the country. No showers for us. Not a good feeling. We checked out on a Sunday. Others in our group at another hotel were granted a later checkout time. They got showers and plan to return to the same hotel next year.

Very nice location, in Central New Jersey. Quiet all the time. Always Clean and bathrooms are also always clean and l love the fact that they have hands Sanitizer all around the property. Hotel morning Breakfast was very exceptional yummy and morning breakfast staffs were all friendly and super amazingly nice. Pls keep up the good work!!! Just that the housekeeper that cleaned our room yesterday-08/08/2022 reuse the comforter that already had a dirty stain on it.

Bed linens, towels, shower and amenities were above expectations. I felt comfortable as the room and hotel were clean and fresh. Staff was very kind and helpful. It was my first stay at a Hilton Garden Inn and I will look for them in future for travel and pleasure. Thank you!

A regular this level hotel experience was mostly as expected. Quite convenient location near to highways. A good option is the mini-market in the lobby with various sneaks and beverages.

Bad: 1) The room was not ready till 3PM, I had to wait longer. 2) The sound proof is just non-existing: I heard well the phone conversation in the coupled room - not just the room guest speeches but what his counterparty says! 3) The room was on the 1st floor, and it is quite wet from the pool.

Sara at breakfast was absolutely amazing!! you should be so happy to have her!! she made us so happy every single morning with her caring and warm attitude. we will miss her a lot.

check in process, the manager seamed rude and unfriendly. not even the agent- the agent was nice and tried to be helpful, but the manager or supervisor was not.

Everything was spotless. As usual the staff was friendly and attentive.

The A/C in my room (room 236) made a loud vibrating noise. I kept waking up every time it kicked on. I did not complain that night - was too tired to switch my room but I let the staff know the next day.

the staff and the breakfast were great! i would recommend this location but hopefully a different room with better beds :)

i didn’t not like the indoor pool, I could smell the bleach before I even got to the pool. The beds were not comfortable, one of them was soo sunken in that I had a hard time getting up. the other bed was almost to that point too

The staff was wonderful, every single person I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I didn't get a chance to use the pool but it was nice. Breakfast was good.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I'd like, but that's my only complaint lol.

I could not find a way to make direct reservations with the hotel. Third parties kept popping up and I don’t like them.

This hotel hits all the top marks! Great welcoming space, great cafe/bar/breakfast (not free but fantastic and friendly). Spacious king room and sparkling modern bathroom.

No extra cup of coffee in the lobby.
