The beds were comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. When I requested for the pool area to be cleaned, because there was hair on the ground, they did it immediately and apologized. The pool water was warm and not cold which was great!

The pool area was extremely stuffy and hot, and there was no ventilation. There was hair on the floor, and although there were rules in place, people ( a couple) were drinking beer in and around the pool and smoking cigarettes near an open door outside, so all the smoke was blown into the pool area. On my first night swimming, I had a headache as smoke irritates me. The bathroom tiles need to be grouted. Guests were extremely noisy late at night in the hallways, with no respect for sleeping children. These are not great reviews but it needs to be said so it can be corrected.

Front desk was friendly. HVAC worked well. Plumbing worked well. Room was clean, no odor. Things were quiet at night. This all sounds basic, but it is rare for me to have all of that in one place.

I have to get pretty nit-picky here. The elevator seemed on the slow side.

The staff greeted us as soon as we came in. They accommodated changing the room. The staff in the restaurant was friendly and it was very easy to get snacks for my daughter downstairs.

There was nothing that I didn’t like.

The big guy working at the front desk was so nice and courteous. The rooms were beautiful. The pool was open, and the towels are actually big enough to fit around a full grown adult which was really nice! We were there for my sons birthday with a few friends and the hotel and staff was great! Plus there are fire pits and a sitting area outside which is really nice for the adults!

I wish there were microwaves in every room.

Everything was great except for the lack of breakfast and extra tea (herbal). I think that it is only fair to avail travelers to more than junky sugary cakes and coffee for breakfast. I’ve been to another Marriott just a month ago (in Mahwah) where they had real food such as bagels, cream cheese, butter, and packets of oatmeal. It really makes a difference to the start of the day.

The room was very clean,the bed was very comfortable The breakfast was delicious.

The pool area was nice , nice suply of clean towels and comfortable seating but the pool floor needed to be vacuumed.

Felt that the breakfast should be included in the fee of the rooms not separate charge for what we wanted to eat

Did not like to have to pay if I needed to 4drink or eat for breakfast should be uncluded in the fee of the rooms , showed be a buffet like others hotels just saying

The only upsetting part of my trip was the pool was out of service. The pool was the main reason I didn't mind paying the price I did ,had I have been informed the pool was out of service when I book the room I would of found a cheaper hotal.

The rooms were nice and beds were comfy.

The pool was a strange color were nervous using. Refrigerator in room didn't get beverages cold (rm. 217). Also there were people making lots of noise in hallway at 2am. And for what we paid a little pricy.

Did'nt eat much breakfast. We were traveling with 3 young children.

Breakfast items were too expensive. Only did this one time. Should have known when I didn't see anyone else having breakfast.
