The location was excellent. the rooms were confortable, clean and they were fully equipped with 50” led Tv, microwave and mini fridge. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent. The lobby was very spacious. We even enjoyed the jacuzzi and swimming mainly I loved the staff. The people in charge at the lobby were kind and went out pf their way to assist the customers. The people at the restaurant were cordial, friendly, fast, and also went out of their way.

I liked everything and so did my family.

We Absolutely LOVED the Breakfast 🥞🍳 The pool and Jacuzzi were Great and the drinks were made to perfection The Front Desk "Edgar" was a complete Hero!!! Suellerma was a Lady at the breakfast counter she makes your morning sunny 🌻🥰

I Didn't like that my rooms toilet 🚽🪠 overflowed. The next room had a serious ant problem...The Staff is warm and welcoming these things couldn't be blamed on staff ..

Everything! The lobby was classy and clean. The room was elegant and relaxing to be in. Our room had a balcony with a great view and super comfy furniture. We loved the black out curtains and were able to sleep in after a late night out with our family. We also really appreciated the extensive made to order breakfast menu.

The only thing we didn’t care for was the tv’s response time to the remote when trying to change channels and check out the TV guide. The lag was really annoying and made it difficult to use.

The location was great, very convenient to where I had to be. Comfortable, well-furnished room. Extremely helpful staff! They were great!

The shower could use another grab bar or two. Didn't really feel safe there. Also the pool was much colder than I expected. I got wet but couldn't actually swim, it was so chilly. Supposedly a heated pool, but you couldn't prove it by me! It was a disappointment as I specifically chose the hotel in large part because of the pool. I was really looking forward to relaxing in the pool when I got there.

I was presently surprised at how modern, clean and nice this hotel was. It had a small bar in the lobby that provided drinks as well as a limited food menu which we utilized upon our late check in. The food was very good. We stayed in a king room with small pull out coach with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The room was very roomy, clean and relaxing. Bed was great. Bathroom had sink/mirror separate from toilet and shower. This hotel is conveniently located off highway.

Unfortunately like most businesses these days, the hotel seemed to lack enough staff. Manager who checked us in had to play bartender as well.

Location was excellent Staff super nice. Quiet room. Bar/restaurant really nice, very nice staff.

Bathroom was not so clean on the floor as hair was left behind. Extra blanket in the room was not prior laundered as it also contained lots of hair. The Bistro on the property was closed on the weekends which was an inconvenience.,

Coffee shop didn’t open until 7 am and pillows weren’t comfortable

The room was spacious and well cleaned. The view of the courtyard was an extra bonus.

Provided at least two paper type cups for the room. When I went to check in for a two night stay, I was told I’d only booked for one night even though I’d called to reserve a second night. I’d asked to be as close to the lobby as possible, I’d been booked for a room way around the corner as it was assumed I’d need whatever that room provided. All we really needed was to be close to the lobby and our room was changed extremely close to the lobby . Thank you. I felt it was a bit pricey for two days without an included breakfast. We were very satisfied with our stay though and will stay there again.

The property was located perfectly as to where we needed to be for the Easter holiday. The facilities were clean. The beds were very comfortable.

The Basking Ridge Courtyard was well kept, the room was awesome. The staff was welcoming and the check in and check out were smooth.

The pillows were too soft and we didn't particularly like the foam memory mattress.
